"Ideal setting for couples and families, with games and swings to play on.The views from the gite are wonderful. Great for activities, biking, walking and water sports or just relax outside. "The house is located rural, next to a unpaved road en a small stream. It is not luxury but wel equipped and comfortable. It offer a lot value for money. Due to the trees it is relatively cool on hot summer days. In Lormes , which has a nice atmosphere, there are supermarket, several good shops for food and some cafe’s. The surrounding is suited for some shorter day trips and for walking. For cooling down on hot days there is a small lake at a 15 minutes walk from the house"

"Nous étions réunis pour fêter un anniversaire. Le lieu est parfait pour cela (taille de la maison, jardin, situation, charme de la maison et du jardin). Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par les hôtes. Bref tout s'est très bien passé. 4 recommandations cependant : laisser des documentations sur le fonctionnement de l'électro-ménager, restaurer certaines salles de bain, changer le piano de cuisson et vérifier le soin accordé au ménage."

"This property is in a peaceful location and offers comfortable accommodation for a couple. The bathroom is downstairs but well equipped. The kitchen is adequate although a newer fridge and a small oven would make a big difference. We enjoyed our stay."

(Die hadden we niet meegenomen omdat handdoeken inbegrepen waren) Wat we ook heel fijn Vonden: er is voor ieder een eigen kleur handdoek! Er is een senseomachine, dus neem de juiste koffie mee en geniet van je verblijf! Gaat zeker lukken! Verder is er alles wat je nodig hebt!"

The owner made many thoughtful changes when they renovated the house - lights that turn on and off automatically , well appointed and stocked kitchen , comfortable bedding , clean bathrooms , great shower pressure and plumbing , excellent doors and windows - the list goes on and on . The owner , Jacques was kind to answer all our questions pre arrival and Michelle the manager greeted us and cheerfully showed us all the elements of this house. Asnieres Sous Bois...

"The on-site manager clearly goes all out to make this location perfect. It is spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well appointed and the laundry room is a big plus. A few minutes from Vezelay by car, the area is pastoral. What a find!"

"We had an extremely relaxing four nights at the cabin and highly recommend Lake Settons. The cabin was very close to the lake,it was peaceful and had everything we needed. Check in and check out was very easy. We would definitely stay again."
