They claimed over and over again that ebookers does not pay them directly and it is our problem if we paid ebookers. We called ebookers they called the hotel and they would not answer the phone. "No AC and we couldn't have more than one fan per unit even though we had two rooms. We asked for an extra fan, were told we'd get one but didn't. Was impossible to sleep because of heat and extremely loud noise from the street. Not a pleasant stay at all. The cleaning stafd were very nice though."
