"We were received by a lovely receptionist who booked us in quick and provided us with clear instructions and places to visit. The hotel is beautiful, clean and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast is the best we had for a long time with a big variety of food too long to mention. The hotel is in a prime position in the centre of Brasov but very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it for its great value."

"Best hotel we visited in Romania and the service was impeccable. Adriana and Delyana went above and beyond in recommendations, help with a train issue to Sibiu and providing us with all the drinking water we needed (which was a lot). "This is an elegant old hotel. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean. There was no laundry facilities (even though it’s listed). The pool and spa area are fantastic!! Great sauna, steam rooms, we just loved the spa. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the restaurant on the 8th floor is very good!"

"Gorgeous atmosphere and stunning room- well worth carrying suitcases up flights of stairs in the beautiful building, it's all so full of character! The hotel is well located for food and as a jumping off point for travel tours to the castles. The breakfast offering was great and all staff were wonderful and accommodating.
