I do not recommend this property. The restaurant staff is rude. They are a mess. They charged me for the wrong amount for breakfast. When I asked about it, the restaurant manager was rude and didn't seem to care. Avoid this place if you can! There are better options around the same area.

Excelente localização para quem vai a eventos no Estádio Mané Garrincha. Muito próximo ao BSB Shopping. Chuveiro e cama ótimos. Quarto espaçoso. Minha crítica foi relativa a atendimento. Me deparei com a cobertura (academia) fechada e interfonei para perguntar a respeito. Disseram que alguém iria averiguar. O funcionário chegou, me viu ali, não respondeu bom dia nem olhou pra mim. Apenas testou se a porta estava trancada mesmo (???), virou as costas sem dar um pio e voltou ao elevador. Minutos depois, ainda aguardando sem retorno algum, interfonei novamente para saber se tinham resposta. Só então me disseram que a cobertura estava em manutenção e que não abririam. Fiquei bem frustrada em precisar aguardar tanto e ser insistente pra alguém me dar uma simples informação. Também havia falha em 1 dos 3 elevadores, que não estava lendo o cartão de acesso (impossibilitando a escolha do andar). E ele não estava interditado, então frequentemente vinha ao ser chamado, impedindo que pegássemos um elevador que funcionasse direito. Mas, enfim: pra quem não se importa com esses detalhes, o hotel é confortável.

Estadia tranquila porem o quarto teve um entupimento no vaso que demoraram para disponibilizar alguem para efetuar o reparo. Porta do banheiro estava desalinhado e nao fechava.

Mudou restaurante, qualidade ficou pessima, mudaram inclusive o hr de funcionamento, mas isso vc soh descobre qnd acorda pra tomar cafe e o restaurante ainda esta fechado…. Ngm avisa!! Alias. Tem uma recepcionista nova, MUITO mal educada e sem vontade trabalhar, deviam treinar melhor os funcionarios, ou contratar pessoas mais educadas pra lidar direto com hospede. Toalha de pessima qualidade, pior que pano de chao…. E o colchao como ja coloquei em varios comentarios aqui, continuam velhos, vc dorme literalmente em um buraco, acorda com dores nunca antes sentidas.. Estadia de 4 diarias, pedi que me trocassem de quarto por conta do colchao etc, mas a falta de vontade é tao grande que nem isso puderam fazer, fiquei 4 dias dormindo pessimo, acordando todo torto por conta do colchao. TOTAL DESCASO. Hotel esta pessimo, e ainda cobram diaria de $600…. Absurdo.
