The apartments is confortble and big. The breakfast is very good and pool, view, gym and sauna are great. The service is not so good.

if you dont mind being a bit far away from the shops and everything else, but prefer a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, then this is a good place to stay.

Could be so much better!!! Lacks basics
I stayed in this hotel couple of years ago, and returning now I thought some things would improve. Actually, something did, there is a small supermarket where one can get stuff (the hotel is really quite away from the city, so options nearby). This place could be DA PLACE!! the building is nice, new, rooms are light, clean, really could be the among the best places in town, but, is so poorly managed!! Just to things to note: NO INTERNATIONAL TV AT ALL, no channels in English, Spanish, much less other languages. NO SPORTS TV .. God!! Right now there is the Copa America Centenario of soccer and the NBA finals, the Roland Garros tennis, and a long ETC. and .. no way to watch!! There are like 5 channels of the Brazilian Senate showing how those crooks blame each other about the Petrobras money that dissappeared, but there is no CNN, BBC, or SPORT TV. Ludicrous, really. Internet is poor, weak signal and not stable. There is no iron or iron boards in the rooms. Something basic in the civilized world for a hotel that claims being 5 star. (even 3 star ones have that basic amenity). Really, this hotel could be among the best, if managed by people who really understands the business and has travelled just a bit, just a bit in this world.

Very nice and new hotel close by Paranoá Lake, one of the main tourist attraction in Brasilia. Besides being at the lake ad having an excelent pool place, the continental breakfast is delicious. Everything with an excelent price. Highly recomended!

This was one of best property of the city... When they change the hotel administration chain... services are coming down... if you need internet don't stay here!!! Room is good, gym is great, swimming pool is good.

Excelente, salvo a localização do bloco a que se refere o apartamento alugado. Existe um labirinto sem sinalizações adequadas. Bem complicado pra encontrar o quarto, encontrar o restaurante, bem como a saída do hotel.

Hotel quase um resort, muito bom.
A estadia no Brisas do Lago é incrivel. O local é muito bonito e oferece todo tipo de conforto possivel, como se estivesse em um resort. O unico ponto que deixa a desejar é o wifi que no meu quarto nao pegava muito bem, e como em brasilia o sinal de 3g/4g nao é bom na maioria das operadoras, fez bastante falta. Para viagens a negocio é muito importante ter o wifi funcionando, pois nao tem a opcao de cabo.

Péssimo serviço de alimentação (jantar).
Fiquei bastante insatisfeita com a qualidade do jantar. Pedi um filé de frango grelhado com legumes no vapor. O frango estava muito duro, quase impossível de ser mastigado! A rede wi-fi não funcionou, devido a um problema no roteador que não tinha previsão de solução.

Atendimento deixa a desejar
A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, o quarto era bem limpo e confortável, mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Chegando para o check in os porteiros não te orientam sobre onde deixar o carro. Não tem vaga do lado de fora e eles não te abordam direito para entrar com o carro, demora muito a abrir a cancela, mesmo quando eu fui sair depois do check out. Ninguém nos levou até o quarto, pediram pra estacionar na garagem em qualquer vaga e pegar o elevador mas nos perdemos e nem os moradores sabiam onde era o bloco que estávamos procurando. Vieram antes do fim da diária ver se havia consumo do frigobar... Esperava mais do atendimento.
