Owner's wife is sour
Good: Good location. Friendly employees, some spoke English. Basic breakfast: coffee, bun, orange, and cracker. Bad: bed #11 in the 4-bed male dorm has bed bugs. Owner's wife is rude, doesn't speak with customer, looks at her cell phone without responding to customer, and always has a sour expression. I was told by another long term customer that she is rude with everyone, so dont take it personal.

É um lugar bem simples, mas o preço é bem baixo, então achei justo. Transporte público no DF é ruim, se você precisa ficar no plano e não quer gastar muito, é a melhor opção. Fica bem pertinho da W3, tem restaurante perto, ponto de ônibus, a localização é ótima.

Liguei dias antes no hostel e perguntei para o atendente se eu podia trocar a minha diária... Pois só iria chegar um dia depois da data marcada... O mesmo me informou por telefone que poderia ser feito isso sem problemas. Porém quando cheguei no local não tive a mesma resposta e ainda me cobrou uma multa de 30% da diária... No mais o hostel é bem simples, podendo melhorar vários aspectos para melhor atender os clientes...

Dos funcionários, destaco apenas o atendimento da moça da cozinha, sempre solícita e educada, e o rapaz do atendimento do turno da noite. As acomodações, em geral, são sujas. Sobretudo os banheiros, que não são limpos durante os três turnos, o que equivale a sanitários e boxes visivelmente sujos e com maus odores. Os colchões das camas, igualmente, são de péssima qualidade, não proporcionando a meu ver conforto suficiente mesmo para um hostel. Além disso, em uma noite de frio, um colega e eu pedimos duas cobertas. No entanto, eles só puderam fornecer uma e assim um de nós teve que improvisar dormindo com dois lençóis e uma blusa de lã. Destaca-se também a facilidade para entrar nas instalações sem um sistema de segurança adequado que poderia se basear simplesmente em um interfone para visitantes e uma chave para os hóspedes entrarem no hostel. Com a ausência deste sistema, qualquer um, como novos clientes ou mesmo desconhecidos adentrarem no hostel sem qualquer aviso. Destaco tambem que café da manhã poderia ser incrementado com mais frutas da estação além de melancia e banana e deste modo enriquecê-lo. Portanto, só recomendo a estadia neste hostel se vc realmente quer e necessita conhecer Brasília e/ou possuir poucos recursos financeiros.

Pensei que estava em uma prisão!
Quarto sem ventilação, lençol de cama extremamente zuado, cobra por toalha, apenas 2 banheiros pra mais de 10 quartos com 6 beliches cada e café da manhã de pão com mortadela!

A funcionária foi mt educada, prestativa e atenciosa. O ambiente não é mt organizado e permitiam hospedes fazer barulho, desordem, som e TV altos até de madrugada. A localização é boa p deslocamento, mas os arredores é mt sujo e mal cuidado.
