"We stayed for a week over the Holiday season. The property is new and is very good condition, the garage is narrow for full sized cars. The wifi and smart tv worked as expected. The appliances, heat and plumbing fixtures worked well. It was nice to have the use of the washer dryer. It would have been nice to have 1) cloth to wash the island countertop, 2) shelf in the master bath shower for soap/shampoo, 3) a chair or bench in the bedrooms to sit on. "So, this property is a low-end, dirty property in disrepair. I have many pictures to show paint peeling off of walls, old worn-out furniture, Beds without boxsprings, only old mattresses, and a yard you would not let a dog in. The yard was likely not cut or cared for for the entire summer. It was an awful experience. This provides an appalling reflection on VRBO, as who can trust what we, as consumers, are getting if this is represented as a luxury home rental? "
