"Excellent. We rented here for a week last May ‘24 and loved it. Four nights this time. Great view of the water directly out the back door. Cottage is well equipped and maintained. Quiet area but it’s off season. We expect to come back. "

"My group loved it here! We were looking for plenty of room, (has more than enough), very comfortable beds, well appointed bathrooms, decent kitchen, and the sunsets were outstanding!! Nice small town feel, safe, relaxing (we were there in March, it may be very busy in the summer). Very responsive host. I definitely recommend it!"

Perfect location so you had easy access to Boston and Cape Code but serene and private. The house is spacious and well stocked, one of the best actually in our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. We would go back again in a heart beat."

"Really needs to be updated with curtains and linens and carpet the grill never worked we had to go purchase one of our own ..gas on the stove range did not work the kitchen stuff is outdated dishwasher was dirty .. ..there was no pool table ..the tv in living room did not work ..needs more updated furniture and there is no outdoor sitting area at all .the place has such potential its sad that these little things would make the place so much more .."

"My daughter and I had such a wonderful time staying here! We both had our own cozy rooms, plus a lovely living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Everything felt so spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The owner really thought of all the little things a guest might need, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was absolutely delightful—we really didn’t want to leave!"

"Stayed a week over Christmas. The home was beautiful and the bedroom layout worked perfectly for me, my wife and our two young adult boys. The view from the master bedroom was one you could never tire of. No window treatments and the full width windows of the oversized room allowed the ocean view to be a calming start to each day. The kitchen was outfitted with just enough of most everything you could need. The boys enjoyed the home theatre room. The warmth of the brick wall both up and down...

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The home had beautiful views and it was a peaceful location. It allowed us to visit family and friends in the area. "

"This cabin was excellent, resonably priced, and in a great location. The only caveat is that the description nor pictures made it clear that all bedrooms (and single bathroom) were on the 2nd floor. If I would have known this I would have booked elsewhere as I had with me an elderly mother who has difficulty with staris. Beyond that, the place was excellent, and I would book again if I were going by myself."
