"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with a beautiful garden and plenty of room within the property. There were seven of us and didn't feel on top of each other. There are a few niggles, although I put them into the category of observations and not complaints. The bed in the 'very' large bedroom was very creaky, and is perhaps time for a new mattress. There was damp in the shower room, although it is the end of the season. There were used pots of honey on the dining table that I think should have...

"Ideal for families especially with the hot tub"

"Great central location with an easy and keyless check in. We did have a few problems to begin our stay due to an app error so our booked room wasn't ready but after contact with the host this was quickly sorted. We booked 3 nights and had issues with the shower in the room not working but again hostnd staff were very helpful and hot this resolved. "

"Overall the property was clean,moden and had everything needed for our stay.However,the pull out bed was not v user friendly and uncomfortable which was disappointing!I think the lodge was catered more for 6 people particularly the sofa area,not enough seats.There was also a issue with the back door as in it was stiff to open.We enjoyed our stay and loved relaxing in the hot tub,many thanks"

"Good sized property near to a little shop and bar/restaurant. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Some elements a little tired, but generally very comfortable and clean"

"A beautiful spacious property close to the charming town of Woodhall Spa. The Manor was just right for a family of mixed ages, there were so many a activities to enjoy"

"The Barn was superb, the only thing that let it down was the pub opposite wasn’t open until the Wednesday of our stay and didn’t serve food until the Friday and that was the day of our homecoming."
