Comfortable stay in the perfect location!
We loved our long weekend here. We went to Silver Dollar City 2 days in a row, and it was so convenient to be staying so close to the park! We used the pool and wished that we had brought our Pickleball gear so we could have used the courts as well. The beds were comfortable, the back deck was peaceful while enjoying coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us!

Location was great. The carpet was not the cleanest. Imagine our surprise when a silverfish came out of the bathroom faucet the first time we turned it on. We ended up buying bottled water to drink.

Plus's: Plenty of provided products and supplies. Easy ground floor access. Newer appliances. Owner rep. response was good after we settled in but not great prior to arriving. Minuses: Many handyman related deficiencies/annoyances. Owner rep. acknowledged complaints. I won't use this management company again. Excessive fees for the area. Not responsive after initial booking.

Spring Break 2024
The condo was an excellent choice for 5 of us to stay in. However when we arrived we noticed the batteries werent in the trash can to have the top working until the friday before we left. The thermostat in the main room said replace battery. And the HVAC system in the extra suite part made noises at night. The fan also in the suite couldnt be adjusted to our liking because we felt that if we left it on, it was going to come out of the ceiling. Overall we enjoyed our time.

Birthday trip
Typed by my wife: Since my husband and I have gotten married, we try to go to Branson for the Christmas season and for my birthday. Branson is my happy place and since we have had our daughter, it is that more magical through her eyes. This year my parents got to come with us so the condo was perfect. Our daughter loved the fact that she had her own bed and it wasn’t a couch. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The extra small bathroom was perfect when the kid needed to go right now. The TVs were perfect and so happy they are Roku TVs. When you have a kid that doesn’t understand commercials and not being able to watch what you want, this was perfect. We will definitely look at staying again. My dad and daughter loved playing Sequence. They may not have played it completely right, but they laughed the entire time.

Cute Condo!
We enjoyed our trip to the Branson area with our son & his family! Grandkids are 5 & 2! This condo had everything we needed to cook breakfast & dinner. The couches were very comfortable & we appreciated the extra blankets, since it was unseasonably cold for a Spring Break trip! The only thing that would keep us from staying at this location again is the $5.00 a night charged per car that we had to pay before entering the property. There were 20+ empty parking spaces right outside the condo’s we were staying in. We’ve been vacationing in the Branson area for many years & have NEVER had to pay to park at the place we stayed! We understand that this is probably not the owners decision, but seemed a bit strange non the less!

Weekend getaway
We chose this place for a weekend getaway with our family. This place was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for our 3 kids to play. Having the room with a small kitchen and trundle bed was perfect for our family of 5 and allowing my parents to have a space all to them selves. The manager was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great condo close to SDC
This was our first stay in this unit but not our first stay with Evolve or at these Stonebridge condos. We love the layout of these condos when traveling with the grandparents. They stay in the master which is roomy, & my daughter & I share the other unit. These units are so spacious to spread out. Gorgeous views from the balconies. This unit was clean & met our expectations. Evolve was timely with communication & we would book this unit again.

This condo was easy to get to. Parking right in front and No steps to have to go up and down to unload and load. Loved how the condo has recently been updated! (I assume there is also new carpet coming, and deck refinish and a few small places on some of the walls that will be touched up?) None of those affected us in an adverse way. The only thing I was a little unhappy about was that one of the pillow cases on my bed was definitely not laundered, so I removed it and ran it through the washer. An honest mistake, I'm sure. Other than that, the kitchen was BEAUTIFUL and fully equipped with nice dishes and beautiful stainless appliances and really nice heavy- duty forks, spoons, knives that you usually don't find in a condo and great coffee mugs. :) The AC was wonderful. The bedrooms are spacious with nice big, comfy beds. Love the nice bathroom in the main bedroom with the 2 sinks and large mirrors and nice bright light. Living room furniture looked new and was very comfortable. Seemed very well built, as you could not hear anything from the outside. There was also total privacy on the deck for our daily Happy Hour, for the 2 of us. Liked having a keypad with code vs a key. Overall great value and we will return! Thank you!

Condo needs a deep clean
My family and I stayed here from July 9-11. We wanted to be close to silver dollar city and this was a perfect location. Communication with Jennifer, the property manager, was good prior to and throughout our stay. Upon arrival, it became clear there was a cleanliness issue with the property. The floor had not been vacuumed and was covered in crumbs. The couch was also dirty and covered in hair and crumbs. The clear table cloth on the table had not been wiped. The shower has built up mildew in the corners and the studio portion of the condo has a shower liner in the bottom which was covered in hair and appeared dirty. Both comforters were dirty with stains and the sheets had not been changed as there were hairs and crumbs noted on the sheets. Jennifer was extremely responsive and apologetic, with offers to come over that night or next day to clean. She also sent someone to Walmart to buy new sheets which were delivered to us that night. See attached photos for property condition.

I made the reservation on 1/29/22, I also added a date on 1/29/22. It took Evolve until March to email me. That email went to my spam filter and I didn't reply, so on our last night, we had to move properties. For six people, that took away a significant amount of valued family time. The kitchen could have been better equipped with at least one extra hand towel and a sponge or dish towel. It would have also been helpful to our planning to have a map of the gated community somewhere in the unit. Overall, a very good stay, but I likely won't stay at a location managed by Evolve again. Their email should have been a phone call and/or communication within the VRBO app, not an email.
