Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on our covered deck overlooking the beautiful Ozarks and Ledgestone Golf Course! Access the deck directly from 1 of the bedrooms and the living room.

The Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, there is a door to access the covered deck. There is a full master bathroom attached. Has nice big tv with dish, and all the smart apps to access netfilx, hulu, and etc. Has a nice couch to snuggle up and read a book on!

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and a full bed. Has a tv with dish, and all the smart apps to access netfilx, hulu, and etc.

Living room has a queen size bed pull out couch, with a memory foam topper. Has nice 65' inch tv to enjoy watching games on, movies, bring your game set to play on the tv, also has surround sound.

Located on Ledgestone Golf Course, a top 5 golf course in the Ozarks! Described by Golf Digest as a "masterpiece of mountain golf architecture"! Our 18-hole, par 71, championship course is tucked away amidst the Ozark Mountains, just minutes from downtown Branson. Ledgestone Country Club offers a challenging and rewarding golf experience that has won the praise of members, guests and visitors alike. A combination of strategy and consideration for natural design, this dramatic Tom Clark layout features distinct elevation changes that require accurate shot shaping and distance control.

Stonebridge is a gated resort with so many amenities that our guests get to enjoy. One of the 3 outdoor pools is an easy 1- 2 minute stroll from the condo. There are also picnic tables and outdoor grills located across from our parking lot. You can also enjoy a fitness center, tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, volleyball sand court, basketball court, playgrounds, catch and release lake, Ledgestone Grill, and a Pro Shop all located in the Stonebridge Resort.

***1 Dog CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dog. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $35 per night pet fee.

YOU WILL NEED TO PAY $5 PER DAY PER VEHICLE FOR PARKING PAID AT THE GATE. We have discounted our nightly rates to accommodate for the parking fee.

We had a lot of cleanliness issues with the place we rented. It was the first time we experienced this. One of the guests tried to use the sofa bed in the living room, but it was full of cookies and smelled terrible. We found a stained quilt in the closet that we had to wash, and the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The coffee makers in the place were not working and we needed to buy one, and there was also no toilet paper. Overall, our stay was not pleasant due to the lack of cleanliness in the apartment.

The kitchen and bathrooms contained everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet and close to where we wanted to visit. The pool areas were nice. The one time we had a question regarding our stay, the property manager answered quickly. We enjoyed our time here!

Locks changed code didn’t work
Only issue was locks were change so the code that was sent to me would not work. I called the owner and he quickly told me the new code and was able to get in. I feel this should of been sent when the locks were changed.

Perfect Memorial Weekend
We so liked the location- out of the heavy traffic in Branson proper, just minutes from Silver Dollar City. Refreshing to walk into the condo at the end of each busy day with its warm, lovely decor. Kitchen is well stocked. Communication with owner was speedy.

Perfect condo with excellent views and great community.
The condo was exactly like the pictures: tasteful and clean. The fully furnished kitchen was a bonus for having family dinners in a home environment. My family really enjoyed our stay and loved the gated community it resides in. If you are looking for comfortable amenities while playing hard in Branson, this is the place for you.

Everything was great!! Next time we want to stay in one a little closer to the lake- we are hoping for a summer trip and to let our boys just go out back and fish when they want instead of having to drive to the lake ;) this place was exactly as pictured. Fully stocked! Nice balcony ! We loved the whirlpool bathtub ! Perfect for the 4 of us with plenty of room !!

We enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. The Master Bedroom and bathroom are large and the beds were quite comfy. When I was looking at places to stay through VRBO, I kept coming back to this condo and I’m so happy it was available for our trip to Branson.

Amazing VRBO!
We lucked out and found this gem of a place! The home had everything you could ask for and more! We arrived late and had trouble finding the apartment and Brittany, the property manager, immediately stopped what she was doing to help us find it. It was perfect for our group of six, very cozy and comfortable. We felt so at home after a long day of activities. The large screen tv and theater sound system were a great way for us to wind down our evenings. We will definitely stay here again!

Be warned...as you enter the inviting and well designed condo, you are greeted with what appears to be a full plate of "fresh baked" cookies......much to my husband's disappointment, they are decoration only ! This was a great condo! Lots of space, there were 4 of us but you could fit more! It was nice that we could relax and have some room! We were just in town for a quick weekend getaway, but the kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to cook with all kinds of appliance. We did use the washer/dryer so we wouldn't have to bring home dirty clothes so that was nice too! It was great that we could bring our dog with us too especially since this was kind of a last minute decision. The owners checked in with on the first day just to make sure all was good so that was a great and unexpected touch! Thank you for a great experience!

Star of the Show
My family and I stayed at Par-Tee Retreat recently on our first trip to Branson. While we thoroughly enjoyed Branson and all it has to offer, the condo was one of the best parts of the trip. The view was amazing, the location was convenient, and the condo itself was fantastic. We have stayed in many condos over the years and rarely have we stayed in one as comfortable and well appointed as this one. It was adorably decorated and had clearly been shown a lot of love by the owners, as it was immaculately clean and well maintained. For a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Branson area, this one is highly recommended!
