- Walk-in unit (no steps) condo with easy access, walk-in showers, recliners in the living room,

- Indoor and outdoor pools (outdoor pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day), golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, clubhouse with bar/grill and playgrounds for the kids.
- Close to the water, with a partial view of Lake Taneycomo from the deck,
- Walk to private fishing access,
- High chair, pack 'n play, toys for kids, board games for everyone,
- Smart TVs in family room and bedrooms, with cable,
- Fast WiFi,
- Minutes to all the Branson and Silver Dollar City attractions, along with Table Rock and Taneycomo lakes.
- One king, one queen and a sofa bed for sleeping,

Great place to stay and great hosts
We can't say enough about this property. It's in a great location and the condo is always perfect, every time we've stayed. It's just minutes from everything, and if you like golf, you'll love staying here. The owners are quick responders with questions and are truly great hosts.

The condo had everything you needed and all you needed was your clothes. There was a high chair if you needed one. Very quiet. The screened in porch was a plus to enjoy meals or read a book. Had a wonderful stay.

The condo is in a great location to Branson and Table Rock Lake. I have stayed at Point Royal before but this was the first time at this particular condo. I must say this was by far the cleanest, nicest and most comfortable VRBO rental in Point Royal. I would highly recommend
