Great Location
We were just a short drive from all the theaters and attractions while still surrounded by trees. Quiet neighborhood despite being only a couple of blocks from the main strip. Planned on cooking most of our meals and found the kitchen to be lacking in pans and cooking utensils.

Great family getaway
We loved the rustic cabin decor and were comfortable and at-home during our stay. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and swimming pool. Great stay!

Beautiful cabin
The cabin was much nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint I have is that the bedroom downstairs was constantly freezing and the upstairs room was constantly hot.

NO HOT WATER!!!
4/2 First night no hot water. Called 4/3 before 9am. Gave permission for maintenance to come in while we were go. Came back late evening to maintenance card in key slot... pumped to take a shower 🥺 NO HOT WATER... NOT EVEN LUKE WARM... NO NOTE... NO COMMUNICATION!!! Had to call and find out what happened and he (maintenance) told office water heater on low setting turned it up. Obviously didn't verify hot water worked before closing out ticket 🙄 Called 4/4 before 9am... I know this because maintenance comes in at 9am and beat them both days... anyway different maintenance guy came in... he checked heating elements 🤔 BOTH WERE BAD!!! 1st guy didn't do his job or he would have known heating elements were out. So disappointed... mind you 4 people unable to shower since 4/1 and this AIN'T NO APRIL FOOLS JOKE!!! They did offer a different cabin for our last night but we decided to cut the losses and leave a day early and embark on our journey home so we could at least enjoy 1 day out of our vacation before work. We were told that the water heater was shot and they needed to replace the whole unit. I understand things happen beyond control but spending 3xx a night is a horrible cost for no hot water. They said they would refund last day. Something they should consider... you have this beautiful $175k property with 2 man jacuzzi and a double headed shower with pressure to barely run 1... INVEST in something to build water pressure and continuous hot water or put in a regular tub and remove a shower head.

Bad Neighbors
Cabin was fantastic. Got new neighbors at 9pm, kids stomped around and yelled all night. They started blasting music at 11pm, called front desk and talked to someone at the call center who contacted a person to come over and tell them to quiet down. Other than terrible neighbors the cabins are very nice and clean, but next time we will rent out a single cabin and not a duplex cabin.
