This great Pointe Royale condo has everything you are looking for in a vacation rental. You will love the location and how close it is to the Clubhouse!

The Space:
You won't even need a Caddie to walk up to the Clubhouse to enjoy the INDOOR POOL, seasonal outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise room, tennis courts or restaurant! The condo itself is comfortable and well stocked. You will love kicking your feet up after a long day of exploring all the very close attractions in Branson. The quality linens on the king size bed will have you resting well. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook up whatever type of meals you have planned. The sofa pulls out to be a comfortable bed for the 3rd and 4th guest.
If you are looking for a clean, peaceful and relaxing place that is close to all of the Branson attractions, you found the spot!

**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $75 is required, with a limit of 2 dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pet into guest count, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Prior approval is required for any more than 2 dogs; there is a $25 fee for each additional dog & must be paid separately.
No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.

*The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
*Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

The Roost Royale worked out great for our quick getaway. We wanted a gated community with an indoor pool and a simple place for us to stay and were provided with all three. Check in was easy and thelocation was great (not in town but not far away from anything).

We very much enjoyed our trip
The condo was the perfect size for our group. My fiance and I, her teenage son and our 2 dogs had plenty of space and loads of nearby activities to partake in. It's a short walk away from a fantastic little spot to get breakfast that's located on the property and all of the amenities we could ask for were included. We will absolutely try to book here again for our future trips to Branson.

Relaxing Week
The location of the property is excellent to take advantage of all the things to do and see in Branson. Right on the golf course with a great view of a small lake and good places to walk. Highly recommend this property.

Will definitely be back! Very clean room and easy check in process. Stayed there for my wives and I 5 year anniversary. They even brought flowers and champagne for us which we greatly appreciated! Branson Visit
Overall we had a great stay. There was a bit of an issue with a water leak, but finally found out it was coming from the condo above us. It was very comfortable and clean, and we had a nice view too. Highly recommend!
