Fully updated, clean and fun Condo!! Right next to the indoor pool, hot tub area, gym, tennis courts, huge outdoor pool, onsite restaurant and all the fun this resort neighborhood has to offer!

The Space:
Sweet Clover is an awesome place to spend your time in the Branson area. This fantastic vacation condo has it all as well as being updated and fresh! The fully equipped kitchen, with everything needed to cook up your meals is spacious and perfect for cooking up a great meal after enjoying all Branson has to offer. After your outings in Branson, enjoy the relaxing decor and comfortable furnishings as you stream/Cable your favorite show on the large TV. Enjoy your coffee or afternoon drink on the expansive deck overlooking the golf course of Pointe Royale and the beautiful fairway views. In the evening when you retreat to your large king bed, you will appreciate the comfort of the quality mattress and bedding.
The location is incredible!! You can't get any closer to all the amenities of the neighborhood right across the street!! Hop over to the outdoor pool, hot tub, indoor pool and all other amenities without having to take the kids or group in the car. The on-site restaurant/Bar is also located just across the street. We invite you to take in the fun, comfort and peacefulness of staying at "Sweet Clover".

**This property requires the ability to climb stairs. There are 2 flights and may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
**Dogs are accepted here. A onetime non-refundable fee of $75 (per pet) apply.

*The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
*Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

Property was as listed. Nice location in gated community. Very close to all attractions. I think the furthest we had to go was 25 minutes away. Condo had everything we needed. Property had pet clean up stations.

Really enjoyed our stay. The access pass provided made getting through the main entrance gate, and pool/hot tub entry very easy. The modern finishings inside the condo were nice and functional, with alot more room than you would find in a hotel. Highly recommend staying here, it should definitely be towards the top of the list if you're traveling to Branson.

Very nice and comfortable Condo. The only problem in the listing, is that it did not state you would need to go down two fights of stairs to the Condo. At 74 with a bad back and knees, this made going and coming difficult. Other than that, the Condo is very nice.

The unit is clean, well-equiped, and well-located. The only drawback is that it is down two flights of stairs, which are a bit more challenging to carry all of our stuff down and up than we were expecting. Once in, we were good though! It was nice that it is well stocked with paper goods, etc. It is nice to not have to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. :)

we had trouble getting the keyless entry to open and then to lock but a phone call was quickly answered and helped us to accomplish this. Our only concern was the attached keypad to the door France had this code showing. It would have seemed anyone could have entered our condo. But the positive was this condo was easy to get to, a quiet setting and cozy. We loved it.

This is the cutest little condo! Very clean & well kept! And it’s in a really nice, private, gated community! Comfy king size bed, lots of towels in the bathroom! And we loved the fireplace! Great quality for a great price! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

The condo had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The condo itself was great. My only concern is I chose the place because it stated that it was a 16 minute walk to the convention center. That is incorrect. It was a 16 minute drive. It was too cold to walk anyway, but that may need to be changed.

Sweet Clover is in a great location a perfect place to stay. The property is in a gated community and very quiet. It was easy to check in and the condo was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Nice and clean condo!
Tiny but very well equipped condo. Very clean, smelling great. Nice indoor pool. Close to the condo. The playgroung was not what we expected, but it was ok! The only two things that may need improvement are the communication and the parking spots. It is first come, first served. Most of the time, cars will be parked stationary. So we always ended up walking a lot under the rain. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this place.

No shampoo and body wash and wash clothes.
The condo was very nice and fairly newly renovated. Only complaint was the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty. And we only had one wash cloth and 2 hand towels in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect.
