What you will love about this place...the condo is designed to be comfortable and relaxing. The views are truly the best in Holiday Hills Lakes. Oversized windows and a top floor balcony overlook the golf course and ponds. No staring into other condos. Just views of golfers, nature, and the sound of rushing water. The vaulted ceilings extend the room making it feel more spacious. The furnishings are designed for a memorable stay with recliners, comfy sofa, curved 55-inch TV & board games.

Start your Branson getaway at this recently remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation condo. This expansive family and pet-friendly condo offers a comfortable modern interior with living room furnishings, kitchen appliances, and a private balcony overlooking the landscape of the golf course and ponds. Community amenities are abundant like outdoor pools, a game room, pickle ball and tennis court, movie theater, restaurant and more. An easy 3 miles to the Branson Landing and river trail.

Head up two flights of wide stairs to our 1200 foot penthouse condo. The ceilings are vaulted extending the openness and airiness of the rooms. The views are the best in the neighborhood, overlooking the golf course and ponds.

Bedrooms: Both are big with king size beds, cable TV, and ensuite bath.

Kitchen - NEW Whirlpool appliances, NEW Refrigerator, NEW kitchen range, NEW microwave and efficient dishwasher. Plus all the convenient cooking appliances such as an air fryer, instant pressure cooker, crock pot, waffle iron, hand held blender, and more.

Livingroom - Designed for comfort! NEW sleeper sofa with a 5 inch memory foam mattress. Two NEW cozy recliners and a 55-inch NEW Samsung curved TV. The NEW round dining room table is perfect for meals and playing board-games. You'll find games for every age and books for kids.

Wifi: 1 gig throughout the condo.

Balcony: Extends the living-room area with an electric grill and bistro table and chairs.

We want our guests to have a wonderful vacation. We take pride in our condo and prefer to manage it ourselves. When you have questions, we are here to help. We partnered with Sue to clean the condo after each guest. She lives nearby. Sue takes pride in her own business and makes sure the condo is super clean for the next guest - we hope our next guest is YOU!

Loved the Location as we were within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Titantic / Wonderworks / Lost Canyon / Aquarium on the Boardwalk - Charlie's Steakhouse was so good. Only 6 minites from the Landing. Loved that there was a pool just across the parking lot. Worked out great for the kids.
