Briarwood Bay on Lake Taneycomo is a brand-new vacation home that gives you access to the lake and close proximity to Branson Landing!

Are you looking for a great place to make memories and start traditions? Look no further--Briarwood Bay on Lake Taneycomo is the place for you! Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the well-equipped kitchen where you can make delicious meals together. The dining table is just beyond that; picture your family gathered together and sharing stories. Hear the laughter flow from the living area where the tv plays a classic and everyone lounges in front of the fireplace. Head out one of the double french doors to the main level patio where you can almost kiss the water! Sip on your morning coffee while the fog rises, grill up some delicious food on the gas grill, or soak in your own private hot tub!

Upstairs the young ones of the group will love the hangout area just beyond the stairs. They can lounge on the sofa, enjoy a movie, or battle on the PlayStation. Let the fresh Ozarks air surround you while you relax in the upper deck hanging chairs. A great night's sleep awaits you in one of the King bedrooms--each with its own personal style, accent wall, and ensuite bathroom! Professionally decorated, Briarwood Bay has every little detail perfect and carefully thought out!

This was our second time staying here. Place was modern and clean. Adult children liked the modern decor and newness of the home, water view was relaxing. Pool was a short walk and Branson amenities were close. Comfortable home away from home for the week!

Great location

We had a family reunion there. The house was perfect. Very clean and neat. Loved the 5 bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom! We used the pool and enjoyed both the upper deck and the main floor patio. Close to Bransons activities and restaurants it far enough away for privacy and peace and quite. We all really enjoyed the views of the lake and woods. Great home!!

We really enjoyed this property! It was beautiful, had lots of space, was super clean, and was in a great location! All the beds were very comfortable, that's a big deal for us and is not always the case in rentals. We always stay in rental properties and this was one of the best, would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our family of seven! We met friends that were staying near by and lots of room to visit with them in this house. Beautiful location right on the lake! Extremely easy to get to, and the hosts were great communicators.

Great for the guys

Perfect location, dock is out of the back door. Rent a pontoon from Lillys Landing and let the good times roll. Every bedroom has a bathroom, great floor-plan layout. Will definitely consider booking again.

Great for multiple families

Perfect layout for two families with adult children! Very comfortable, and beautifully decorated! The only complaint was the lack of privacy on the back patio—no wall or separation from the neighbors.

Idealic property!!!

This property is perfect for people who want to have their own bedroom and bath. Could not be set up any better! Comfortable bed, TV in every room, and well supplied. Newer construction with beautiful Decour. And a well appointed kitchen. The two outdoor spaces off the back are fantastic and this home is situated right on the river. Rain during our stay, so didn’t use the hot tub. Highly recommend this property!

Quite and peaceful property just a few minutes from the landing.

We loved staying here! We spent time out on the back patio looking out over the river. It seems like your miles away from the hustle and bustle of Branson. So peaceful. And the property was perfect for us. All five bedrooms had king beds and bathrooms in each room. We definitely will look for this property on our next visit!

Great home

We really enjoyed each bedroom having its own full bath. The arcade games were a hit as well. Only complaint was the amount of bugs in the house—lots of flies and mosquitos. We would squish them and then 20 minutes later they’d be back. Not sure if there is a lack of seal or something on the doors/windows that allowed so many to get in. Otherwise it was a great property in a good location.

Amazing place, location and view!

Really great home. You can tell a lot of thought was put into accommodating a larger group with king beds and private bathrooms for each bedroom. The view was amazing, very peaceful and beautiful. Just what we were looking for. So nice to be able to walk down to the dock. There are a lot of nice touches throughout the home. Communication with the property managers was great. They are very responsive and proactive. I read through the reviews. Yes, you are close to neighbors, but not a big deal and/or deal breaker at all; and I can see how families with little ones like tubs for the convenience, but the showers are the type with a built in seat, and nice slider doors, which helps accommodate. The gaming systems were either not operable or not available, but that’s okay, there is so much to do. It did not take away from the experience for us. We cooked, used the grill, the hot tub and the pool. No complaints from us. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect retreat

We booked this for a small family gathering. The set up of the bedrooms and the 2 futons for the kids was just the perfect size for our party. House was very clean. Everything was comfortable. We took the time to check out the community pool and hot tub at our house and both were great. Porches were great for sunsets and morning coffee/breakfast. We had lots of wildlife to check out at the lake, even had a bald eagle citing. Location was perfect for everything we were doing in Branson. We did have a couple of questions while there and they were quick to respond and get our questions answered. We would definitely book again if we go back to Branson.

Nice house

Communication to gain access was lacking. Never received a email with code or information to enter the property, luckily I had requested a phone number for contact prior to leaving for our trip and even then they were hesitant to give me the code over the phone. Locating the property was a challenge, there’s no sign to know where to turn onto the property & we arrived after dark so even more difficult. The location was close to Branson Landing. The house was nice and spacious, view of the lake, nice large kitchen table however we were unable to cook bc as soon as we turned the oven on, could be bc of chemicals used to clean it or possibly bc its newer and not used, the fire/CO2 alarms went off. Calling for maintenance was pointless bc they were clueless as to how to fix or what to do. Our sink was clogged and garbage disposable was jammed. My FIL was able to fix those, Liked the king comfy beds & on suite bathrooms. The living room furniture could have been a better selection. No tubs so difficult to bathe the smaller children in our group. The floors/rugs could have been cleaned better, as they had hair/pet hair so our crawling infant was covered with hair on clothing and body. The outdoor patio upstairs was nice however bc of cold temps we didn't get to enjoy much of outside, we didn't get to use the hot tub or grill. Ended up leaving a few days early due to lack of places open since it was off-season time, didn't know this prior to booking..our bad.
