Private Hot Tub and Fire Pit - COZY COTTAGE

Cozy Cottage at Sunset Hills is a studio layout, private cottage in Branson, MO. Cozy Cottage is one of FIVE units at Branson's FIRST and ONLY "Couples/Adults Only" resort! It features a private outdoor covered porch with a hot tub and gas fire pit to enjoy year round. The inside features a 55" smart TV, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Wireless internet and Netflix are provided. Cozy Cottage is located directly in front of the swimming pond and from the front porch there are sensational views of our beautiful swimming pond and its 3 waterfalls that is open for swimming during the summer months. We are located less than 12 minutes from Branson's famous strip, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants.

Quiet retreat
This was our second stay at sunset hills and first for Cozy Cottage. We had a great time and the fact that it is about 15 minutes from Branson landing and silver dollar city makes this a great couples stay

We enjoyed the property and the Branson area. The pool was gorgeous too bad it was too cool to get in when we were there. The place was very nice very clean and very pleasant to stay at. We had a great time.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Cottage is so nice and the front yard is gorgeous. The drive-in is so beautiful and secluded. We enjoyed the location away from the busy areas But felt it was a short drive to get to our shows. We would stay again for sure.

Cozy Cottage was a perfect getaway!
Our anniversary trip was perfection thanks to Cozy Cottage. We loved it all. Cottage with private hot tub, swimming pond, and it the temps weren’t as hot we would have used the firepit on the deck. I lived the porch swing, I think every cottage should have one.

A perfect vacation
The perfect vacation destination. The cottage is beautiful and spacious. The attached hot tub is private and relaxing. The swimming pond area and yard are beautiful! The perfect cozy cottage
It was honestly better than expected! The location was close to everything but off the beaten path to make you feel excluded! The place and property was very nice & kept up extremely well! We tried several of the recommended places from the book and they were all great! We will definitely be back when we can swim in the natural pond!! Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us!
