Ozark Refuge is a newly updated condo in the heart of Branson's entertainment district, right off the Branson Strip. Overlooking Thousand Hills Golf course, this two bedroom, two bathroom condo features a king bed with attached bath in one room, and a large second bedroom with two queen beds and attached bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to fix meals for up to seven people. Relax on the covered patio and enjoy the peaceful view of the mature trees and golf course. Take a dip in the community pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day).
This is a walk-down level condo so there is one flight of stairs to get into the unit. Planning your stay is made even easier with our digital guidebook we provide to our guests. It's filled with everything you need to know about our place as well as our favorite restaurants and places to visit.
At just over a mile from the strip, you don't get much closer to all the shows, shopping and fun that Branson has to offer. You'll be a few minutes drive to Dolly Parton's Stampede, Wonder Works, The Titanic Museum, Tanger Outlets, The Branson Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Fritz's Adventure and The Branson Coaster, just to name a few! Not to mention incredible food and desserts, with Hurtz Donuts being a family favorite. The Branson Landing and Table Rock Lake are just 10 minutes away and Silver Dollar City is less than 20 minutes. Our family favorite, Lakeside Forest Wilderness area is just up the street at the corner of Fall Creek Rd and 76.

This property was clean and well kept. It was a great place to stay and if we are ever able to get back to the Branson area, we would like to stay there again. There was initially a problem with the door lock, but it was taken care of in a timely manner by the host.

You can’t go wrong booking this condo. It is gorgeous, impeccably maintained, clean and so close to everything!! The condo has everything you could need - a full kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Checkin was very easy and communication with the property manager was very easy! He checked in with us to see how we were settling in and if we needed anything. We had the comfort of knowing we could reach him and he would respond quickly. Such a good experience!!

Good stay. Need updating.
Everything was nice in the condo with a few exceptions. The 1st is definitely the mattresses. They need to he replaced. The mattress had a memory foam on top that was very uncomfortable. Also, upon arrival bathroom toilets and tubs were dirty. Like that havent been clean in awhile. For example toilet bowl had a brown ring inside of it. Lastly, in the room with 2 beds had a window unit and not central ac. So most nights were hot especially for the people laying away from unit.

Everything was exactly as it appeared on the listing. It was a great space for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). It's situated in a quiet part of town, yet close enough to the action. The place was super cute and very home-like. It had everything you need. Kitchen supplies, extra blankets and pillows, laundry detergents. At one point we had a question about the pool opening, and they responded back quickly and was super nice. The beds feel like expensive beds, they are nice but were too firm for my liking But you can tell they weren't cheap. I had 4 teenagers and they had a blast at the pool, and loved the little Electric fireplace to get warm after the pool. I'd say our stay was perfect. And we'd love to come back.

There was nothing wrong with the property; but, it would’ve been better for my particular group to not have had to climb up and down the stairs. I should’ve made sure it was ground level before making reservation, but that’s on me. The condo and location were good as to our needs.

Our stay was nothing short of fabulous. They even helped us get in and out by setting up a memorable password. The place was very clean and very pretty. I came with my 74 yr old sister and 77 yr old brotherinlaw. They had a great time vit is bear everything but away from crowds.
