Brand new renovation just completed at this beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath, lower level condo on the golf course at Pointe Royale. Has its own walk out patio and all the amenities that Pointe Royale has to offer and only a couple of miles to the Branson strip. The condo has a complete Kitchen stocked with everything you need. The master suite has a king size bed and a private bathroom. It sleeps 4 with the sofa sleeper in the living room, perfect for families. WIFI and cable TV. The TV is connected to the WIFI so you can log into your Netflix or amazon accounts when you want.

Last summer getaway
Property was well stocked and very clean. It was close to the pool and clubhouse although it was at bottom of the hill so we drove to it. Kitchen seemed well stocked and access to laundry was a plus.

Great time in Brandon!
I gave the cleanliness a 4 because there was a very long black hair and a stain on the bead spread when we arrived. I gave the overall rating a 5 because I was able to wash the bedding in the washer and dryer in the unit with the laundry soap provided. Everything else was lovely. A nice little pond outside our door to watch the sunset. Ducks and geese greeted us on the patio one morning. The clubhouse was fun with a pool and offered delicious meals and cocktails. We stayed three nights and toured the Titanic Museum, kayaking on the Taneycomo Lake, and did go carts, and the Ferris wheel. We ate at Cakes and Cream, it was delicious. Over all this unit was wonderful and very accommodating!

I will start by saying this is probably the best condo I could possibly rent for the price we paid for it; the condo was clean, comfortable, in a great neighborhood and beautiful. Check in instructions were exact. The condo was definitly lacking basics however, you can tell the owner doesn't stay here. It only had 4 spoons, no whips or mixing bowls at all, the bare minimum for cookware. The thermostat was programed to turn down to 60 degrees every night at 8pm and I found that to be extremely low when you have guests in the home. Honeslty however, this was a great condo for the price; I am just trying to leave an honest review in hopes to improve the experience for future guests.

I’ve stayed at many VRBO units at Pointe Royale over the years. The location is good, and accommodations nice. It was disappointing that there was no tv in the bedroom. In fairness, if I had looked more closely at the description, I would have seen there was not one listed. I simply assumed there was one, as I’ve never seen a unit there that didn’t have one. We got in around 9:00 pm, and also discovered there was no coffee. Again, I’ve never stayed in a unit there with no coffee - had to go out the next morning simply to get coffee. The unit was clean.

Point Royal Condo
We really enjoyed the condo. As the description says it’s been recently renovated and is decorated well and had everything we needed. The location is great for access to the lake or the strip. We had a great time and will likely go back. The only negative for u was that Point Royal closes the main pool after Labor Day however the indoor pool was still open.

My husband and I spent a week for our summer vacations. This property has an excellent location, with a beautiful golf course. We really enjoyed our time over there. The only messing piece in the kitchen is a blender.

Our stay was awesome. This place had everything we needed and more. Very nice place close to everything but just off the main strip. In a very quiet neighborhood with nice pond just outside with ducks and other wildlife. The bed was awesome best rest in a while. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

One suggestion would be a TV in the bedroom. We love to just relax in bed and could not do this. If no TV in bedroom, throw blankets near living room would be good. Also, the hot water doesn’t last any length of time. The bathtub was cold before even close to full. Same with showers, very short showers with hot water. Otherwise, very clean and well set up.

unit was well maintained and spacious enough for two. We really enjoy staying at the condos in Pointe Royale Golf Village. We saw muskrates playing on golf course while we were relaxing on the patio of our condo. Can't wait til next year.
