This home sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #4 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. This bedroom is on the Mezzanine level.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There are 3 elevators (across from each trash area) as well as stairs to access the unit.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.

The property overlooks Table Rock Lake and is mere minutes from marinas, boat ramps, and local beaches. This means that there’s an endless list of coastal activities to enjoy on and off the water! There is also a nice 1/2 mile trail along the lake. The home is about 7 miles from historic Downtown Branson, a hub of family-oriented tourism and entertainment. From live music festivals to eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and fascinating wineries, there is something for everybody. Premier attractions include Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike, or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including the White River Balds Natural Preserve. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.

The property was very nice and accommodated our group very well. The bedrooms and bathrooms are set up well We did have a problem of no hot water and didn’t get it fixed until noonish on the first full day

My wife & I planned a 3 night vacation in Branson with our elderly parents. The Condo met & exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely perfect! The view is great, very clean, modern, and location was great. Nice property. We plan to book it again, when we travel to Branson.

The place was beautiful! Very clean and spacious. We had 3 adult couples. Great location as well. Close to all of the shows. The view of the lake was the best though! Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean relaxing location. Proximity to 76 Strip, Silver Dollar City and the lake a plus. Could use some sharp knives for meal prep, and a coffee pot that works efficiently ( slow), but generally a well-equipped kitchen. We would return.

This place was perfect for our family. The lake view was amazing and everything was bright and clean. The bed in the master creaked anytime my husband or I turned over and one side was higher than the other but overall our stay was great!

Overall the facility was very nice. Communication was great. The only complaint is with the water pressure. We had very low pressure the entire stay to the point it stopped mid-shower at one point. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay in this condo. All four of us enjoyed the stay. Each of the four bedrooms was spacious and comfortable. The check in process could not have been any easier and the elevator was perfect for hauling our bags and golf clubs to the forth floor. Zero complaints. Two thumbs up!

Great condo with awesome view
Perfect 3 night stay. Beautiful condo with all amenities of home. Six family members ages 62-85 gathered for birthday and St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. The weather was cold so the sunroom was glorious. Elevator and three private bedrooms with private bathrooms on main floor were wonderful. There was not one aspect that could have been better. The local management staff provided timely information with a warm welcome and farewell.

Yearly Vacation in Branson
Our overall stay was wonderful! Everyone we encountered was friendly. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings! However, the water pressure was very low and the condo was in need of a detailed cleaning, especially the jets in the tub and shower door tracks in the primary bathroom. I even cleaned them myself, but decided against using it. In spite of, I would definitely rent this unit again as well as recommend it to someone else.

Spacious Condo with Lake Views
This is a beautiful, clean condo with a great view. There's an entrance to a small patio & another sitting room facing the lake. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms make it super convenient for several families/friends to stay. The kitchen & dining area are a great size and open up into a comfortable living room with a giant TV. I will say (because I've been there with little ones) there is very little carpeting in the condo so sound travels throughout. If you'll have little ones sleeping in one room, and adults awake in the living room and kitchen, make sure to bring a fan as a sound buffer for the bedrooms. Right now (Oct '23) there's some construction close to the same lot, so early morning you'll hear lots of hammering. Again, an area fan would take care of that easily! The kitchen has great amenities, including utensils, dinnerware, paper towels and dish soap. We had brought some groceries with us, but there wasn't any salt and pepper, so we went back to the store & bought some and left them there. Just make sure you have everything you need before settling in. In the bathrooms there are small bars of soap for the shower & some hand soap. We had to take the hand soap from the kitchen and use it in a bathroom because the hand soap bottle was empty. There are plenty of towels. The management team was available via text with any questions we had, and everything was great. It's a beautiful place to rest. There wasn't any noise from other condo residents. Overall - fantastic!

Great and beautiful place
It was an amazing place to stay. The only issues we had was there was trash found behind the side tables in one of the bedrooms. The water pressure isn’t as strong as we would like or as hot of water in the kitchen sink. And the toilet in the master bathroom needs to be tightened up or replaced it’s awful wobbly. But other than that it was great and wonderful.
