Summary:
Welcome to Fall Creek Retreat, a 2 bedroom condo located in Fall Creek Resort along Lake Taneycomo. Just 2.5 miles from shows, attractions, shopping and restaurants.

The Space:
The cheerful living space is equipped with a sofa that doubles as a sleeper, Smart TV, and access to the Private deck. The deck has outdoor seating, a beautiful view of Pointe Royale golf course and pond.

Back inside a modern dining table is available for 4. Steps away in the kitchen area, you can find everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs. Here you can also find a stackable washer and dryer.

- Bedroom #1 on the main floor offers a King bed, TV, and shared en-suite. The shared en-suite is accessible from the bedroom and the hallway, it is equipped with a shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #2 on the loft style upper floor offers a Queen bed, TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite is also equipped with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- 2 first-come, first-serve parking spaces are available.
- This is a walk-up unit and requires stairs to gain access to main entry.
- Washer and dryer are for guest use.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

Condo is located within a few miles of Table Rock Lake and resort sits on Lake Taneycomo, providing some of the best fly-fishing in the state of Missouri. A short drive takes you to the State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake which offers jet skis, boat rental, scuba diving, guided fishing trips, and water skiing. Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of the Hills, White Water and many golf courses are nearby. It’s only 2.5 miles from the Branson 'strip' (highway 76, "Country Music Blvd"), and 5 minutes from Table Rock Lake, Table Rock Dam, Fish Hatchery and more!

We loved this condo!
The best little condo with a great location! We loved everything about this place. Our only issue was a non working coffee pot and with 4 coffee drinking women after a night of adult cocktails, we were ready for morning coffee! Nothing a short run to the gas station couldn’t fix but would’ve been nice to have one on the property. Otherwise, it was a 10/10.

Branson Trip '22
This was a splendid property with a great golf course view and just far enough from the craziness out on Route 76. The "loft-style" layout was perfect to give the little ones their own bed and bathroom yet peace of mind knowing they were safe and secure upstairs. Full suite of appliances to cook, clean and do laundry. Would definitely stay again.

The property owner was easy to get a hold of. Property was very clean and everything was nice. Great location, close to everything but very peaceful stay. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning.

Blame Game
When we got to our condo, the outside of the front door was surrounded by mosquitos and small bugs. There were at least 60. I killed a lot of them but when we entered, there were quite a few inside. They congregated on the walls and in the tub of the downstairs bathroom. We were unable to use the bathroom downstairs until it was cleaned and sprayed the next day. We were told that it was due to the proximity to the lake. Also we were told that "they were just baby mosquitos". The following 2 days after it was sprayed, we had no bug issues. There was poop water in the toilet bowl brush. Their response to the issue was "the cleaning people put bleach and water in the bowl". Our response was "what about the floating brown things?" Their response "oh, I didn't see that". Also, they stated they have the best cleaning people. Ok well people make mistakes and they should admit that. Other issues we had: The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The couch was not a pullout bed but rather a fold down futon. It was super hard. There was no sink strainer to hand wash anything. The shampoo and conditioner was a 2-in-1. How cheap can you be? The thermostat was programmed for 68 and below. They did not know how to change the schedule and we had to constantly change the temperature temporarily. They expressed the concern for the hvac system freezing if it went below 70. The schedule had been programmed already when we got there. We paid good money to have a comfortable and relaxing stay and this was not that at all. We could have stayed in a hotel with the same amenities and more where they give you endless towels, the beds are comfortable, and they most likely will have a pool and a complimentary breakfast. We will NEVER book another place with Grand Welcome again. We felt that they were giving us excuses upon excuses and wouldn't take the blame for their own faults. They also would not let us do a late checkout at noon instead of 10am. Hotels always honor late checkout. In conclusion, we hope that the appropriate action will be taken to make it right.

Great time
The unit was very clean and well furnished. The location was very close to the strip and the lake. Enjoyed the deck. The only improvement would be to replace the uncomfortable bag chair. The free show tickets were much appreciated.
