It features an oversized kitchen on the main level with dual refrigerators and dishwashers, a kitchenette on the lower level with another full-sized refrigerator, two dining areas, and two comfortable living areas both with 75" 4K Smart TVs, Blu-Ray Players, and queen-size sofa beds. Eight bedrooms offer king-size beds, four of which also include twin daybeds. Two bedrooms feature XL double bunk beds - one room with two sets and another with three. Enjoy an incredible view of the golf course from two private, covered decks, regulation-size backyard games, two sets of washers and dryers, and free wireless internet. We had 23 people between the ages of 6 and 70. The house was clean with plenty of space for relaxation and togetherness. The location was perfect—right in the middle of attractions and restaurants. All staff were helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house!! I would highly recommend for large families.
This house was absolutely perfect. We didn't bring enough people with us to fill all the rooms. The way it is setup you could have 3 families staying here on their own floor. It is also super close to the main street so you can hit most of the attractions within minutes depending on traffic of course. I would highly recommend this location.

House was beautiful and spacious! The only issues was that it is a shared fire pit. The neighbors used it the entire time until very late in the evening. It was very uncomfortable at times because the fire pit was located right off the patio of our home, so the neighbors were coming up to the door of the patio of the home we were staying in until after midnight. They even took our patio furniture off our deck and used it. We had to keep the curtains closed because they were right outside our doors and windows. They were very loud and partying pretty hard. Other than that the house was fantastic.

This was a great place to have a reunion! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Two dishwashers and 3 refrigerators (but only one oven). There were even blow dryers in the bathrooms now.

Great house!
Had a great time at this home. 5 families, 10 adults, 12 kids. There was plenty of room and so clean! Loved it! Just two things but so minor. Amenities listed hair dryer was included so none of the ladies took a hair dryer. We could not find one. Bad hair day for all throughout the weekend. :) The wifi is a bit spotty. Only seems to work well in the main floor. Other than that, the house was just as advertised and more! We will be back for sure!!

Family Vacation
After paying a deposit for a house in Branson for about 30 guests, I was notified that it was flooded from all the rain. We were about 6 weeks out! I got on Vrbo and found this gem of a house. David was amazing to work with! He assured me that he would the property ready in time for our visit (family from Denver & California already had plane tickets). He was very attentive and patient with me and all my questions. The house was beautiful and had more than enough room for us! Plenty for the kids to do and a relaxing deck for the adults! Would highly recommend! Thanks David!
