Cozy Getaway in the heart of the Ozarks!

KKSP Condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located at the Holiday Hills Resort & Golf Club. Our condo sleeps 6 with a king size bed in each bedroom and a queen sized sofa sleeper. It is an upper level condo (two small flights of stairs, eight steps each) with a beautiful view of the golf course and catch & release pond right off the back patio.

All guests have access to resort amenities such as tennis courts, playgrounds, workout room, game room, theater room, snack bar, gift shop, and multiple outdoor swimming pools.

Holiday Hills sits in a perfect location, on the the edge of Branson on East Highway 76 just three miles from historic downtown Branson and the Branson Landing. This convenient location is away from traffic and noise, but is minutes from all the shows and entertainment on Branson’s 76 Country Blvd! It is the perfect Branson location for those who desire endless sight-seeing and activities or simple relaxation. Whether you want to be near the fun and action, or just find a quiet Ozark getaway, our condo offers the perfect setting and location for your vacation.

Condo was clean with good location. Nice balcony view of a small lake and golf course. Did not use the indoor pool but it was close to our rental. Will consider for future visits to Branson.

Condo was beautiful. Nicely stocked kitchen--appreciated the snacks. Beds were very comfortable. Loved everything about it and hope to return. Liked being a little out of town. We were there in March--it was very quiet.

It was perfect for our family of 5, clean, stocked with everything you would need from home. Beautiful view of the pond, while sitting on the balcony. Big bedrooms, very roomy and comfortable clean beds. We were so impressed, cant wait to go again.

Wonderful stay!!
Condo is exactly as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was prob one our favorite things about the place, very peaceful and enjoyed sitting out drinking coffee in the morning, watching the fish and turtles in the pond. The only thing I would say is with the pools, you cannot access the indoor pool, only outdoor pools on property were available so for fall/winter visits with children be aware. We will definitely be back!

Women of Joy Weekend Get Away
Myself and a small group of friends stayed for the Women of Joy conference. This property was just minutes away from the Branson Convention Center where the conference was held as well as shopping and dining at The Landing. The property manager even accommodated our hour earlier check-in so that we could get settled before the conference. We have already talked about booking the same unit for next year.

Short spring break mother-daughter get away
Very clean and cozy! Elegantly decorated! The kitchen was fully stocked which was really nice and a huge advantage to our group. The only inconvenience we had was the tub in the guest bedroom drained extremely slow leaving you to shower in a puddle of water, and the cable was glitchy and we were trying to watch March Madness. The manager was very responsive when contacted about the cable. We didn’t bother mentioning the tub and just used the master bedroom shower. Overall it was a great stay, I’d definitely stay again.
