Cozy Chic: 3 Bed, 2 Bath Modern Retreat! No stairs, great location.

Please enjoy our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps 7 comfortably in beds and has everything you can think of, and just minutes from Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake and the famous Branson Strip! Can sleep up to 9 with a queen air mattress located in a second bedroom closet if needed.

Two of the bedrooms each feature a cozy & luxurious queen-sized bed, and a third bedroom provides a queen bed with a pull-out sleeper trundle that sleeps 3 total in the room. Each bedroom is complete with its own flat-screen smart TV to stream your favorite movies and tv shows. Prepare any meal you desire in the modern kitchen that comes well-equipped with everything you will need, along with a coffee bar. Please enjoy the quaint & wistful backyard patio area complete with bistro lights for both daytime and after-hours enjoyment.

Relax on the leather couch or chair while you enjoy your favorite Netflix movies on the 60-inch flat screen tv in the spacious living room; or play some of our family's favorite boards games while you're making memories! If you have any questions please text me direct at 417-230-6565.

NEW FOR THE CHRISTMAS SEASON: Beginning November 1st through January 3rd, the unit will be decorated for the holidays, including a full-sized Christmas tree!

We were attending a conference at Chateau on the Lake and needed a place close by to stay. Not only was it in a great location in relationship to the venue, but the unit was very clean, roomy, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Property was nice and quiet. Had a minor hiccup but owner was very fast to fix it. Close to 76 but far enough to feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was a great place for our family. It had a charming porch with lighting if you wanted to enjoy your coffee outside. We had sufficient supplies for our stay. If you are on the first floor you can hear the movement of the people upstairs. It was a great location for all of the Branson highlights.

Sibling Reunion Totally Fab!
All of loved the décor, the open layout of living room to kitchen. Everything was just right for us. It was a bit smaller than we thought from pictures, but this did not have any affect on our family get together. Will stay again next time.

Good place for the money
Cute condo. Good location, it was 8 minutes from the strip. Beds were okay. Walls are thin. We could hear the upstairs neighbors every step. You go out to the back porch, and you stare at a huge rock wall. I didn’t care for that, nor did I know that was there due to the photo angle in the pictures. The pool is small, and gets crowded fast. Dog friendly.

Nice place, but noisy neighbors.
It seems like the walls, floors, etc. are super thin. We could hear steps, running water, balcony conversations, etc. into all hours of the night. We appreciate the “quiet hours” signs, but I don’t think the neighbors felt they were disturbing anyone. The condo was quite nice and we loved the space, location, etc.
