The home is located within Pointe Royale, a closed community with amenities like indoor and outdoor pools (pool towels provided in unit), outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, a fitness center, 18-hole golf course with 10% off on site, and lakeside trout fishing. Guests have endless options for recreation and relaxation! Inside, an open concept design encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas. This provides your group with all the space you’ll need, whether you’re streaming movies, making morning coffee, or sharing a home cooked meal. The fully equipped kitchen includes small appliances like crock pot, coffee maker, toaster and blender for your convenience, in addition to standard appliances and ample counter space.
This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area, all with memory foam mattresses and extra pillows.
- Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and Smart tv.
- Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- This is a walk-up unit.
- Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- The hot tub and indoor pool is open year-round.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional flat Pet Fee of $125. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
