The Space:
We invite you to have a beautiful stay! This great place is all about location. The clubhouse, Branson strip, and lake are all within minutes away. This is an excellent combination of location and comfort! . You will want to return to over and over again! Inside you will find comfortable and quality bedding, completely furnished, well stocked kitchen for cooking up a meal of any size. The balcony with outdoor furniture is the perfect place to sip your espresso or afternoon tea before taking a short walk to the clubhouse where you will find Tennis courts, indoor pool (year-round), outdoor pool/hot tubs(seasonal), exercise room, onsite bar and restaurant, shuffleboard, playground, and much more!

STOCKED ITEMS
All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.
Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags
Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue.
All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.
Full access to all amenities, and high-speed internet. Just bring your toothbrush, some clothes, and call it a vacation!!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
Master bedroom has King bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 (Open loft area) has a queen bed, living room has a pull-out sofa for guests 7/8, Airbed upon request w/bedding and blankets

The Neighborhood:
Fabulous location near all Branson has to offer. This property is located on a by-pass road that will help you avoid the busy traffic on the Branson Strip. You can still get to the 76 Strip in minutes, with Table Rock Lake being only 2 miles away, downtown Branson is a 10-minute drive, and Silver Dollar City is a 15-minute drive (Without traffic).

Other Things to Note:
*This property is located on the second floor and requires stairs. May not be suitable for guests who have a physical limitation that would prevent them from climbing stairs.
*Minimum booking age is 21
*Pointe Royale does not allow trailer parking - Please reach out to us for options regarding trailer parking.
*The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
*Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

The place was fantastic! The safety of the gated community was very important when you have 18-19 year old daughters walking to and from the pool area at night. The condo was very clean and spacious! We will stay there again when we come back to Branson

The property was cold when we got there the heat was turned of in signal digit weather after a day and a half it finally warmed up and the rest of the stay was nice it was a good location and easy to get to all the attractions

Nice home and neighborhood for our family vacation. We loved that the pool was close by. There were a few minor things that the kitchen didn't have like a can opener, kitchen scissors etc. And several of the blinds throughout were broken. Over it was a good stay.

Great Property
We had a great time at this property. The complex is huge and right on a golf course. Great location to all Branson has to offer. Had a great stay and the condo had everything that we needed for a great weekend.

Excellent condo and location
Our family had a great time at this property even though Branson was having record low temperatures while we were there. The indoor pool at the clubhouse was very warm and the outdoor hot tub was even open. The location was great and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Condo
The condo was as advertised. It was well stocked and had a great view of the Ferris wheel. We will stay here again if it is available. Plenty of room for kids and loved the simplicity of the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay , it had every thing we needed. The only thing i wish it had was blackout curtains in the bedrooms. It was hard to sleep .

The place was great and centrally located. The only down-side was although the master bedroom had a super comfortable bed, the other 2 bedrooms had cheaper mattresses and weren’t very comfortable. Other than that, it was really great.

1st Family Vacation in 20 years
Bella Restare was wonderful. Only drawback was A/C went on blink for 48 hours. However, Freedom vacation rentals made up for it. I would definitely stay/book with them again. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

The condo was nice and clean. The indoor pool was nice as well. The gated community the condo was I was very neat and clean with a beautiful golf course!! It was a very quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay. We couldn’t figure the TV’s out but we were to busy to watch them. My group was age 13-56. Everyone loved it. We will stay here again.

Great Company to Rent From
There were mechanical issues with Tim his property so it wasn’t available at check in time. The company called us right away with other options in the area. The place we stayed in exceeded our expectations and the company was great to work with.

Hot water heater
It was great. One suggestion! Get a bigger hot water heater. For a family it is hard to stagger showers when you are in a hurry to get out the door.
