"The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again."

"Charlotte and Gavin were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was great! The location was fantastic, parking was a bit tricky in busy council carparks but this is a St. Ives problem and not related to property. Overall a lovely experience, and we would reccomend it. "
