Casa Dalessio 2 - Superbe Villa Piscine Vue Mer

Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this beautiful architect-designed villa with a sublime sea view located 1.6 km from the village of Erbalunga, remarkable for its ruined Genoese tower built in the 16th century on a rock at the entrance to its harbor, classified as a Historic Monument.
The villa boasts a swimming pool and terrace with stunning sea views. The excellent facilities on offer will enable you to make the most of your stay: fully equipped kitchen, walk-in showers in the bathrooms, linen provided, Weber plancha and barbecue.

Outside July and August, weekend rentals (Friday to Sunday) are available on request.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A bright living room with a comfortable sofa and an unobstructed view.
- An open-plan dining room overlooking the sea, with access to the swimming pool on the same level.
- A beautiful open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, wine cellar, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and numerous utensils.
- Separate WC

Garden level:
- A bright suite with queen-size bed (160 x 200) and en-suite bathroom.
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 x 200)
- Bathroom and separate WC
- Access to the garden

On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- A fourth bedroom with a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea is located above the living room kitchen.
- En-suite bathroom and WC

Exterior:
The villa has a heated swimming pool and a terrace with a wonderful sea view. The pool is equipped with an anti-drowning alarm system.

Surroundings:
- Beach only 10 minutes away by car.
- In the village of Erbalunga: convenience store, tobacconist's with lotto, post office with cash dispenser, butcher's, baker's, several restaurants on the pretty square, including a gourmet restaurant.
- Sporting activities: canoeing from the village, hiking, diving.
- Transport: Bus from the village, cab by telephone.

Superb
Die Villa ist unheimlich toll. Super Lage mit Blick über das Meer. Sehr hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Beheizter Pool. Zu Bar, Boulangerie und Restaurants ist es nicht weit (allerdings Auto nötig wegen enger Straße), kurzer Weg nach Bastia und schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten am Cap Corse. Patricia ist ein toller Host. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Wir genossen den Aufenthalt in Brando sehr! Das Haus war super und hat uns gut gefallen. Der Pool wirkte auf den Fotos zwar grösser, hat uns aber dennoch gefallen. Einziger Abzugspunkt ist, dass der Strand dann doch deutlich weiter entfernt war, als im Inserat beschrieben.
