"The location is perfect. It's right next to the university and within a short drive to shopping. Oldenburg is a very pleasant town to spend a few days. The house was as described. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and everything else is downstairs. Outside is a large covered patio which was perfect for keeping our bikes dry. "Check in was smooth. We had questions after checking in and the host did not respond to our messages. As advertised, the stairs are steep and there are no doors on the rooms. We could not find laundry soap, bed sheets, and had a hard time figuring out how to turn the futons into beds. We couldn't find TV stations. The windowed front door has no privacy. Tourists in the Schnoor peek through the windows because there are advertisements on the front of the property. The Schnoor really is beautiful...
