"This studio apartment was perfect for my friend and I who needed a place to stay in the area for two nights! The beds were very comfortable, the towels were large and fluffy, and everything was new and clean! We felt safe in walking around during the day, and enjoyed a walk along the river. I highly recommend this apartment!"

"Loved our return trip to this place. 2 things that were negative. The upstairs people were up at five am and the kids running from one end of the house to the other. The guest bedroom didn’t have a sheet on it. We will probably return next year but want to be certain upstairs will be empty. "

"This house was built in the late 1800s and is absolutely beautiful. There are a/c units throughout which kept the temperature comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our extended family. You can’t beat the location!"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The location was unbeatable downtown and walkable to many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and more. The view from the back balcony was gorgeous with the river and early fall colors. "We had a very nice vacation in Ludington. The descriptions of the apartment were very accurate. We were very happy with the cleanliness. Everything was well kept and there were plenty of dishes/utensils for use in kitchen. The location is great also. You can walk to the many restaurants/breweries and shops, they are all nearby. "Location is perfect. Easy walk to Stearns beach. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Probably walkable but we took our vehicle. Awesome bedrooms. Extra bonus each bedroom having their own bathroom. The common area with kitchen was awesome. Great space to make an easy breakfast and then head out for the day. "This was our third year here for a week. We love love the new deck and siding! Such a treasure I hate sharing how much we love this place for fear it will be booked up when I want to stay. Very homey and comfortable! It’s the next best thing to owning the place myself. ur favorite place to get away for a peaceful week.
