"We only stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Assisi town. The B&B is located about 10 min drive to town. The unit had a kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 toilet. No air conditioning. No restaurant on site and no restaurant nearby, you need to drive to town. The swimming pool is small but functional, and is located at the bottom of the hill, there are also cute chickens walking around."

"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"Daniela and Velentina are excellent hosts. The room is very convenient and clean. It is well located and it is easy to get to any point of interest in Assisi. They have the option of including breakfast, letting them know in advance. I will return to this place!"

"Great location, good condition of the property, the only big problem that you can not travel with big luggage, the B&B got a narrow and spiral staircase which make difficult to go up and down with large luggage. But the place is nice and clean.Attention to arrival time, if after 07:00pm you must inform the place. There is no reception."

"La struttura è a pochi minuti in auto da Santa Maria degli angeli. È nel cuore della campagna, silenziosa e circondata dal verde. La stanza è molto bella e arredata con mobili antichi, il letto è comodo e non abbiamo sofferto il freddo né l'umido nella stanza, la temperatura era giusta. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. Siamo stati molto bene. Consigliato "

"Upon arrival and making it into the building, we were faced with 3 rooms. We had no idea which room was ours and none of our emails from SCP indicated the name of our room. We had to write and wait for info. We were in the Lorenzo room which was down a dreaded, tight spiral staircase. The room was basically clean if you overlooked the dead bugs along the window sill in the bathroom. Warning: no fridge in the room so good luck keeping your vodka cold. And when attempting to open the outside entry...

"Absolutely loved this place! Clean! Everything felt brand new! Rinaldo is a super nice guy and is right there if you need anything. The house itself is gorgeous. Looks like it’s professionally decorated and set up. Bathroom is spacious and clean! Can’t ask for a better experience! Grazie, Rinaldo!"
