"I enjoyed my stay here for the following reasons: Staff members Claudia and Tess made our stay for 3 nites memorable. We had to use an assessable wheel chair that was stored safely every nite. We were greeted friendly every morning and evening, The entire hotel staff were marvelous! I would recommend staying here for your Lourdes experience!!!"

"It was a nice experience, we had just one night, check in and check out online available, extra large bed and very comfortable, eco toothbrushand, toothpaste with a shaving kit included in the bathroom. Safe parking under hotel for extra cost. "

"My overall stay was great, due to the proximity to the location of my pilgrimage. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and felt like being at home. However, on the last two days there, the heat was cut off, and some of the electrical switches were off too— and it was very cold in February. "

"We arrived late at Hotel Paradis due to our train schedule. The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile; their names were Roger, Hanin, and Paula. After an exhausting eight-hour trip from Barcelona, Spain, we were starving. To our dismay, all the nearby restaurants were closed. I asked Mr. Hanin if the hotel bar had any food, and in a kind gesture, he brought us a complimentary bowl of biscuits. We really appreciated his kindness and assistance.
