The villa is situated in a sunny hillside location with direct access to several ski areas, including the Wildkogel Arena and the Kitzbühel Alps. Perfectly groomed pistes, winter hiking trails and rustic huts make the region a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. In summer, numerous hiking and cycling trails invite you to explore the idyllic natural surroundings. Bramberg also offers charming restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities for an all-round successful stay. Important note: Two of the ten beds are located on a sleeping gallery, which can be reached via a wooden ladder from the living room
Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted
