"Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted by the lack of kitchen facilities in the apartment. Providing some basic kitchen amenities could indeed enhance the guest experience and flexibility. just the little things added certainly would give the hotel a much better rating, as guests do need the options..!! We had to use the multi tool cork screw with tiny pen knife. Lucky we’ve survival skills to adapt 👍😎"

"** Relaxing ** Staff very helpful ** excellent facilities ** simple exit to ski area We used the Spa for relaxing massage. Leah was such a professional host and I felt great after her massage. I will be returning to this hotel for sure. 5* hotel and gave a 5* service. One area that could be better was the menu in the main restaurant. I suggest offering some classic dishes for dinner. Also a good idea to have salt and pepper on the tables instead of having to keep asking for them. This wouldn't stop me returning. Beautiful hotel and staff. "

"The hotel is ideal for skiing and is essentially a ski in/ski out property with a very short walk from the back of the hotel to the gondola. There is a ski rental at the entrance to the hotel. The staff is very nice. However, the hotel is a little worn and could use some updating. The elevator is small and outdated; have to push down button even when going up leading to much inefficiency with people getting on for both directions. We had a 2 bedroom/shared living room which was comfortably with a beautiful view of the slopes; be aware there's only 1 toilet although 2 showers/bath for multiple people. Rooms are a little dated. Very nice buffet breakfast with croissants, cheese, eggs, meats, lox, fruit etc, but gets a little hectic at times. Overall was a very nice experience at the hotel. "
