Designed with an open floor plan, the living room has a sofa bed, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options to watch your favourite shows, and a six-person dining table. You can also enjoy the fresh air from the private balcony with its comfortable seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to help you prepare delicious meals. You'll also have access to a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedrooms offer maximum comfort, with a queen bed and two single beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is a suburban neighbourhood that has become a popular residential area. It is located about 3.5 kilometres (2.2 miles) northwest of the historic city centre of Braga. The site has a mix of apartment buildings, townhouses, and single-family homes. Several parks and green spaces are nearby, including the Parque de Nogueiró, a popular spot for jogging, walking, and picnicking. The neighbourhood also features various shops, restaurants, cafes, and services, making it convenient to live or stay. It is well-connected to other parts of the city by public transportation, including several nearby bus stops served by TUB (Transportes Urbanos de Braga).
Please be aware that the property has a bar underneath, so some noise should be expected.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
