Great location and communication
This is a very convenient house overall: It's close to the beach, near a ton of restaurants and businesses on Main Street, and the unit itself has everything you'll need for your stay. Parking is easy on nearby streets, though you shouldn't expect to leave your car right outside the home, as Main Street parking is limited to two hours at a time. The host is extremely communicative and helpful.
We had two adults and one toddler in our group. The toddler stayed in a pack-and-play in the bedroom (bring your own blackout curtains if you need them), while my partner and I stayed in the murphy bed, which was totally fine and easy to use. We had no problem getting in and out with a stroller, preparing food, giving our kid a bath, etc. Everything works as you'd want it to.
One minor issue that could be a big problem or a total non-factor, depending on your needs and personality: The people in the neighboring unit enjoy drinking and socializing in the evening and do it on the patio, directly outside of the apartment. Because the walls are thin, they basically sound like they're in the apartment with you; we could hear them about as well as if they'd been sitting on the couch next to us. But, you know, it's a beach community, people are allowed to have fun, they stopped at a reasonable hour, and it didn't wake our toddler up, so no problem, really. If you're extremely sensitive to sound, you might not want this apartment, though, as there is also a fair bit of noise from the street.
