Pas de lumière dans les toilettes en remplacement des veilleuses !! Une chambre qui fait a peine 4 m2 sans lumière. Cher pour un logement insalubre. Sans parler de l électricité qui se coupe, nous laissant une bonne partie de la soirée dans le noir."

"The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. No food only Pizza for dinner. Which was cold in middle and heated in microwave. No tea and coffee facilities. No fresh milk just UHT. If your using it just for stop over and just need a place to crash excellent as bed was nice shower was great as well"

"Overnight stopover, although in the city the underground parking and 24 hour reception made it a good option. My phone map showed the hotel on the opposite side of the road for some odd reason and we had to ask how to access the underground garage (from Avenue de Caen), but once we found it a good hotel. Comfortable night sleep, clean bedding and bathroom and and the bathroom looked recently done up. Friendly staff. Tasty and convenient breakfast included (continental with eggs and sausages). "

"We stayed here for one night on our trip from Normandy back to Paris. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It met all our needs we had for the night. Ample free parking also. There were food options nearby as well. It was a nice hotel. The rooms were spacious also as well as the bathroom. We recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side. If we had not challenged this would not have been changed. There seemed to be a lot of uncertainty over taxes and on checkout there seemed to be...

"I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too. When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again. And just like last year, everyone was super nice. "It is a budget hotel, so we got what we paid for. The staff were lovely and luckily it has underground parking which is invaluable in Rouen. Walking distance to the cathedral, and bars and restaurants."
