Such nice people and a beautiful property!!!!
The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. They helped with the pool slide when we wanted to use it and even gave us fresh produce from the garden!! The house, property and pool were gorgeous. The house was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable and the place was so welcoming. I highly recommend this place!!!

Perfect Staycation Getaway
The owners were very accommodating and friendly! The property itself is beautiful and is located in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently located near the beaches, restaurants and amenities. The pool area was amazing and super spacious. It was such a good and relaxing time/environment that we didn’t want to leave! Hopefully we’ll get the chance to book with Rick and Terri again in the future!

Lovely property
New, clean, quiet and perfect for our group. We went down to the area for a golf weekend and were lucky enough to find this place. Everything about it was top notch. We definitely plan on returning for another golf weekend in the future and are hopeful to get to use the back patio area a bit more, we had some consistent rain this time around.

Brand new house, and a perfect little hideout spot for our family. We were in town for a family reunion and this accommodated us (and our dog) better than a hotel! Ricardo & Terri are very accommodating hosts and have created a special spot. Very relaxing back yard. Thanks!

Incredible Property
This was the nicest, cleanest, most well stocked property I've ever stayed in! The beds were very comfortable, there was an abundance of towels, TP/PT, coffee, you name it, it was there! The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay one to remember! I will 100% be renting this property again! It is perfect for families or groups of friends! Thank you to the hosts, extremely thoughtful and two of the nicest people I've ever met!

Awesome Place
Gorgeous brand new house! Amazing patio, we talked with the owner and he did all the masonry by himself and was a super nice guy. The beds were very comfy the bathrooms were nice and the kitchen was great, we made ourselves dinner in it and saved money from going out. EVERYTHING is brand new, it’s incredible. Only stayed one night to beat the Memorial Day morning traffic but we will be back because this place was awesome!

Pool Time!
This house is very cute, brand new and clean. We really enjoyed our time. The pool is amazing and the kids had a blast. They didn’t want to go anywhere else. On top of that, the host is so friendly and accommodating. Introduced himself soon after arriving and made us dinner one day. That is an added touch you don’t get anywhere else. We can’t wait to go back.

Terrific home and hosts
Ricardo and Terri's home is a wonderful find- close to the wedding we attended in Charlestown, beaches, restaurants. The house is great- brand new and has plenty of space. Grounds are immaculate, and the kids really enjoyed the pool! An unexpected upside was Ricardo's jerk chicken BBQ and the fresh veggie from their garden- a very nice touch. They have certainly put alot into the property and it shows. Great place!

Family Weekend
This property is beautiful! It is brand new construction and so cozy. From the living spaces, outdoor spaces, to the beds and bedding, the owner has thought of everything. The yard is amazing and we were lucky enough to use the pool for a night swim, along with a quick morning dip before heading out. The stone walls around the property and pool provide so much privacy, and are beautiful to boot. We met the owners and they were so nice and welcoming. Very responsive to the few questions we had along the way. Was very close to everything we wanted to see. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again! Our stay was nice , due to the rain we’re committed to indoors but enjoyed cooking on the grill and use the kitchen that had all utensil that you would need . Enjoyed watching movies on the TV. We all slept comfortably. The next day we enjoy the the awesome Sandcastles at Misquamicut. Hope to stay again and able to use the beautiful yard and appreciate the landscape . Gorgeous, well maintained property on quiet street
Pulling into the driveway of this home, you feel like you are in Watch Hill. The stone walls, perfectly maintained landscaping, outdoor fire pit and porch exude luxury resort. The well appointed kitchen, large dining table and seating areas provide ample space to relax and enjoy meals. So happy to have found a wonderful place close to the beach and everything you need.
