"We took our 3 grandchildren ages 6, 8 and 10 to Chicago as a Christmas gift. We chose this resort because of the water park. They had a blast! We then drove to Shedd Aquarium for a day, which was a very doable drive, 1 1/2 hours and still had time for them to come back and swim. The life guards were very observant of the kids swimming and did a great job. The amusement center was an added bonus as well as an on sight restaurant, snack shop and bar. We would definitely recommend this...

"The hotel was very clean and was accommodating. We asked for a let checkout of noon instead of 11 and the guy told us that would be fine and he would make a note of it and then we got a knock in the middle of my baby’s nap because he never passed it on so that was frustrating but overall, we were very pleased with the room! "We were only staying for one night and leaving the next morning but one we checked in and brought all of our stuff up to the room we left and came back 3-4 hours later. Upon our return the microwave did not work and the TV looks like it was broken or damaged as all of the characters on the screen had a green outline around them.
