Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on a natural waterway/cove with saltwater pool, bikes, kayaks & Firepit! You will see nature at play with water fowl, manatees with babies, turtles & flying fish.

This home is completely remodeled with the most modern and best features available! This home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Spa Baths & a Queen sleeper sofa in a open, spacious floor plan with cathedral ceilings.

On the Sarasota/Bradenton border, conveniences and airport are just blocks away and beaches & airport are a short drive away!

This gorgeous open floor plan, coastal home with soaring ceilings is sure to please! Our home has been completely remodeled with brand-new bathrooms and kitchen! The Gourmet Kitchen is perfect for any top chef with new, top-end stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, spices, condiments etc. Gorgeous Quartzite counters and full slap backsplash finish this high-end kitchen with huge entertaining island, high-end range hood, farm sink and faucet.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and large closets. There are 3 Smart TVs that you can stream your own service and watch Spectrum premium cable. There is high-speed internet and WiFi. Brand new vanities in spa-like baths, top-of-the line fixtures, custom tiling, soaking tub in master, both baths are gorgeous and opulent! Freshly painted throughout, LVP flooring, ceiling fans in each room, etc, no detail has been overlooked! This home shows like a brand-new model!

All on one floor, this home is perfect for older folks and toddlers! Enjoy the huge covered back porch with comfortable seating for the whole family. Stairs down will take you to the screened pool with another private and shaded deck to watch the children splash in the spacious, saltwater pool (optional heating $25/day).

Wonderful restaurants, shopping, gorgeous beaches, Anna Maria Island, St Armands Circle, Longboat Key, Lido Key Beach, downtown Sarasota and the airport are all within 10-20 minutes. IMG Academy is less than 5 miles away.

We have never personally been to a more magical place! The kayaking is amazing with nature views and the most tranquil canals that stretch for miles! The canal leads to the Gulf of Mexico and you will be thrilled at all the wildlife that call it home here. You will not be disappointed!! Relax and float on our 4 kayaks (one is a double), one Paddle board, also you can bring your own boat or rent one.

Wonderful fishing! Feel free to use one of our fishing rods. There are flying fish such as Mullet, Snook etc. and so many different kinds of birds, turtles and of course manatee families who live here!! Friendly blue herons are fed by neighbors and they are so tame that they will follow you around the yard wanting to make friends with you (don't be scared they would never hurt you).

Swim in the saltwater pool and in the evening, relax by the fire pit with a glass of wine. You won't ever want to leave!

In the garage, you will find tons of beach equipment, Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, coolers, etc. There are also 2 adult bikes, yard and beach games for children, an Arcade machine with 60 games to choose from, Foos Ball machine and a gorgeous bar. (The garage is NOT air conditioned though and we ask that you keep the inside door closed.)

For those with limited mobility, we have a shower seat, walker and a sturdy cane for your use. Our one level home is perfect for entertaining young and old! We also have a pack-n-play and a high chair for little ones.

Pets are welcome for a fee, depending on number, size of pet and length of stay. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing your fur babies in advance.

As Super Hosts, we have welcomed guests to our vacation homes for over 21 years and this home is one of our favorites! We cannot wait to share it with you!

THE BEST PLACE IN BRADENTON/SARASOTA
This place was amazing, it had everything you needed for a perfect stay. We had stayed in 4-5 other homes in the area and this was by far the best. Our hostess was amazing and bent over backwards to make sure everything was right for us….we will be back!

Our family loved our stay! The layout of the house was terrific, and the pool was wonderful! We used the kayaks and the fishing poles, too. There were lots of beach necessities including a cooler, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and towels. Would highly recommend!!

This property surprised us. The photos were great, but the actual property blew us away. Modern amenities. Great pool. The canal. Al fantastic. We kayaked all the way to the bay a couple times and got some great photos. The location is perfect, right in between Siesta key and Anna Maria Island. A big thumbs up on this house. Very comfortable stay.

Very unassuming from the street but the inside, back porch/pool and canal are absolutely mesmerizing! We did get to see the manatees, it was so neat! The host did a great job of upkeep and have stocked the house with everything you could need for a great stay! I wish it was a little closer to the beaches but it is still close enough that it’s not a problem! Great for us as we don’t spend a lot of time at the actual beach… also great central location to all the different places along the Bay Area!

Great Family Vacation!!!
Our family had the most amazing 6 days here!! The house was perfect for all ages, the view was beautiful, and the location was convenient to great restaurants, shopping, and around 20mins to the most beautiful beaches in Florida. We especially enjoyed seeing the manatees, bird watching, and our afternoons spent in the pool. The beds, showers & kitchen were some other great highlights of this great property. Our host were easy to communicate with and we cant wait to return!!

Best vacation ever
We absolutely loved this place. It had everything we needed and then some. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the kayaking and fishing. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels. We highly recommend booking this property!

Christmas in Florida
What a perfect property for our family Christmas! With 3 grandchildren traveling with us, the Christmas decorations were a very nice touch. The house is amazing and the hosts are even better. After inquiring about child size life jackets, Bonnie purchased 4 in varying sizes to accommodate our needs. Wow! Bonnie also checked in with us to see if we needed anything and offered recommendations when we had questions about the area. Daily kayak rides down the canal, fishing successes (a huge snook caught by my son-in-law) and family foosball tournaments were enjoyed by the entire family. Definitely recommend this property!

Amazing 2 week stay!
We chose this location based on its canal/waterfront. We stayed for 2 weeks. The location is ideal, close to Sarasota airport, IMG, aquarium, Anna Marie, and many more. The home is as the pictures show, very comfortable and very well appointed. There wasn’t a time I looked for something and didn’t find it available. The canal is calm and we saw many heron, cormorants, manatees, mullets jumping and massive tarpon. The kayaks and paddle boards were a bonus way to explore the area, it is easy to get out in and out with the waterfront landing. Our favorite was to sit on the back porch/upper lanai and soak in the sun. Master bedroom is very private from the other bedrooms. Neighborhood is very quiet. Would love to return!

We had a great time and enjoyed the house, especially the back area. Peaceful, quiet, nice. My mother, 80 yrs old, was able to navigate with her walker around the house very easily. We were able to see the manatees every day, they are very active in their feeding, they visited the area twice a day. Location is very close to Sarasota, about 15 minutes away. Very convenient to grocery stores, and restaurants. The house was equipped with everything you need, and Bonnie is great, communicated immediately with her responses. This was a wonderful experience and highly recommend this vacation rental.

What a fun place this was! Very clean and lots of space. My son, wife, and I enjoyed all the activities available here such as kayaking, fishing and swimming in the pool. Great view of the canal. We rented this house due to close proximity to the beaches we wanted to visit and the amenities. The house has quite a bit of beach supplies, saving at least $40 beach rentals per day. Besides the rolling cooler we used the large shoulder bag cooler. Multiple umbrellas and chairs. The screened in two story porch was used for breakfast and dinner and we enjoyed watching and listening to the wildlife. The pool was very big and had a (7ft?) deep end. Rode the bikes a bit and swore we would use the arcade and the outdoor fire pit and kayaks but we just never got to it lol. Owners were very responsive and I would say we really enjoyed this place very much and I would definitely recommend it. We are already thinking about coming back next year.

The house was absolutely beautiful and the view of the lake was relaxing and AMAZING. The host was lovely and very attentive to our every need. We really enjoyed the pool and house is stocked with everything you need. The grill needed cleaning due to the other guests that have enjoyed the house and Bonnie sent someone right over to take care of it. The house had a beautiful well stocked kitchen. My family and I enjoyed cooking together. The house offered plenty beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, bags coolers etc. The pool was clean and warm. There were toys and floats for our use. The kids also took out the kayaks and went up the canal. Had plenty of life jackets. Our favorite VRBO so far. Close to the beaches.

Great Time!
We had a great time in this beautiful home. The views we saw as soon as we opened the door was wonderful! The house was spacious and had everything we could need. We spend most of our time outside in the pool area and fishing off the dock. We saw manatees everyday, which we loved! Although we saw lots of fish they were not enticed by our hook. LOL Lots of birds and ducks to see also. When you were in the back - it was so quiet and peaceful that you forgot you were in town and so close to everything. We really appreciated all the little touches and felt right at home! Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Amazing and relaxing stay
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home with our youngest son (age 8), our two oldest sons, their wives and our two grandchildren (both 11 months old). There was so much to do at the house that pleased everyone in our family, including the babies. The pool was a great time for all us, especially with the heat wave that occurred during our stay. It was great spending the day in Sarasota or on Anna Maria Island, and then jumping in the pool when we got back. The kitchen was huge with anything you needed to have a meal in. There was a high chair for the babies to use, as well as a pack and play. The beds were very comfortable. And the bathrooms were beautiful, especially in the master bedroom. We definitely recommend this home if you are vacationing in the area!

Immaculate is how we described this property. The minute we walked in we knew we picked the perfect home and it will be a great stay. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, snacks were a plus, beach items..you name it, they have it. Our boys immediately took advantage of the kayaks & paddle boards and enjoyed every minute of it. After a few hours from Siesta key beach, we enjoyed the pool and the deck overlooking the canal. We also like having a handy list of places to checkout and restaurants nearby. The best part: Bonnie & Patrick were very responsive and went above and beyond our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend this rental property, you will never regret. We can’t wait to be back soon and stay longer.
