As you enter Surfers Paradise, you'll be greeted by updated furnishings and a stylish, modern ambiance. The spacious living area provides ample room for relaxation and socializing, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. This newly renovated family home is 1900 sq ft 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The large backyard hosts a pool, and a grill with plenty of space to eat outside or play cornhole. The kitchen is fully stocked with all supplies necessary for your vacation. There is 70" TV in the living room. The house can handle 12+ if you want to cram in. Wifi 500 Mbps Down. Pool heating is available upon request. ENJOY!

Location was perfect to see spring training games in Bradenton and Sarasota. Easy traveling from Tampa to the house. The kids loved the pool, beds were comfortable!

Home Rental for Hockey Tournament
This home was exactly what we wanted and what was advertised. Beds were very comfortable, the home was clean and the pool was perfect. The kids with us had a blast when not at the rink.

We found the home on the inside to be very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and supplied. A few items on the online listing were not available but not a big deal. Having a pet made the lack of grass a challenge. If the yard was sodded an exterior updated this home would be perfect! We enjoyed our stay!

Everything at the property was amazing! Had a great time in the pool and cooking on the grill. Very nice area and easy commute to beaches and Disney World. The property manager was easily accessible and always gave us updates as needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely re-book again if we are back in the FL area!

Our group was highly satisfied with the Surf House property and the overall accommodations. Great centralized location for our golfing purposes in the Bradenton, Tampa, Sarasota and Venice area. Interaction with the property management was easy and always pleasant. Will certainly consider renting this property for any future trips to the area.

Perfect for tournament stay
The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They let us check out a little later so our girls could shower before traveling. The house was clean and pool was nice for the girls to catch some sun before and after games. I would highly recommend for any group of 5 girls traveling with a few moms.

Great Location!
Very clean and spacious home! Pool temperature was nice and warm. A patio shower is also provided and they even have a Mango Tree! Colby was very responsive for any questions we had and always courteous.

The inside was just as the pictures showed. It was very nice and spacious for our family. The yard could use a little more attention. Locking the front door was a little tricky at times. The house was close to the grocery store, restaurants, riverwalk and the beach. I would stay there again. Colby, the host was very quick to respond with any questions. Thank you for sharing your house with my family.

In general everything was perfect for what I was looking for, a spacious, comfortable and quiet place to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday with the family, just a couple of things, there is no electricity in the pool area and in front, too dark to my taste, and a little dust in some areas…. but I would definitely return to this place and recommend to others 👍

This property was very updated and clean. The bed sizes were great as there was 2 kings and 2 queens and a dbl & bunk in 1 of queen rooms. 3 bathrooms as well. Pool was very nice. Other half of back yard needed more landscaping. No street parking was difficult for a large group as we rented 2 homes and mainly used other home for get togethers since we had 6 cars. Host was easy to contact and was quick to respond to questions and quick to respond to something that needed to be fixed. Would recommend this Vrbo home and would definitely use again.

Big 3 Getaway
To start, we had car trouble on the way to Bradenton that caused us a very late check in. Colby contacted us as soon as the place was ready ahead of the scheduled check in and we made him aware of the situation. He checked in the next day to make sure we made it and was very responsive throughout the stay. The place was as advertised, modern, clean, and well maintained with all of the necessary amenities. The only issue was the presence of ants that we took care of with a little bug spray. The place has smart TVs and internet but no cable so if you need to watch your usual channel line up you need to make your own technology accommodations for that. Other than that, it was perfect. I'll definitely look to stay there again.

Hidden gem
There is nothing I love more than a clean home and this was our experience upon arriving to this house. It has been newly renovated and it was clean and fresh, from the paint colors on the wall to the bathrooms and floors being clean and even the detail of how the towels were folded and stored in the bathrooms. All of the decor and the furniture welcomes you to relax and enjoy paradise. It was a great location to get to so many beaches with minimal traffic and to get to downtown or other areas. The host Colby was extremely friendly and helpful from the start to finish of our experience. We spent most of the time out at the beach but we did enjoy to come back and rinse off in the back with the outdoor shower. The pool was also a plus. The side yard is still a work in progress but I’m sure it will turn out amazing. We had a little issue with the air one of the days and Colby was quick to resolve with his handy man being close to the vicinity. He was in and out quick and he resolved the issue and even left his contact incase we needed anything more. It was also nice that we all had space to spread out in the house and the 3 full baths were awesome. I look forward to booking this house in the future.
