Spanish style Single family home in West Bradenton. Bild in 1925 and totally remodeled and updated in 2015. Only 8.9 miles from Anna Maria Island and 4 miles from IMG Academy. This 2 bedroom 1 bath has great flowing open floor plan. Beautifully renovated bath and kitchen. New flat TVs and internet, front door RING camera, Wi-Fi and outdoor grill. Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

The minute we entered the fenced patio we saw the beautiful spotless pool! Upon entering the house, the A/C had already been turned on. Everything we needed was there. The host was incredibly helpful.

Yani is a great owner. Very responsive on all communication. The house was perfect. Very relaxing, comfortable and quiet. If you want a place to unwind at the end of a fun filled day, this is it. Also check out the Salt & Pepper Cafe near the house. Breakfast was awesome.
