There’s plenty of space to enjoy company, as the living area is open-concept and there’s a lovely sunroom as well. This Bradenton rental is newly remodeled, something showcased in the coastal palette that decorates the living area. Watch some of your favorite movies or shows on the wall-mounted 50’ TV or surf the web with Wi-Fi. The kitchen is gorgeous, updated with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Prepare, cook, and dine on some of your favorite dishes, or enjoy them in the sunroom! With “Salt Sea Life” being on the canal you’ll have access to the water ways. Take your boat out for a spin on the bay or stand in the back yard to fish to your heart’s content. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
The home exceeded all expectations, offering a perfect combination of luxury and tranquility. The pool, with its awesome view looking down the canal, provided a serene escape, making every swim feel like a retreat. We even got to see bioluminescent algae and manatees at the end of the dock! Inside, the amenities were top-notch, from the modern kitchen to the spacious living areas, designed for comfort and style. The quiet neighborhood added to the experience, offering peace and privacy, yet still conveniently located near local attractions. It was the ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment.

Second Stay for IMG Move In
We stayed in this house in August 2022 and thought it was great then. It was great again for our stay in August 2024 for IMG move in. The living space is very big. The kitchen has lots of amenities. The pool is great and the back area has a great view of the canal. The house also has a very big screened in porch and lots of patio furniture for sitting outside. We hope to stay at this house again.

We enjoyed our spring break in Bradenton at Salty Sea Life! House was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location. Short 7 min drive or 15 min easy bike ride to beach. My husband even jogged to the beach a couple times. Street is very quiet and we enjoyed sitting in the lanai and by the pool. Would stay here again

Wonderful location close to AMI
Check-in was super easy, our code was ready at 4. We loved the openness of the house! You could look straight through from the front living area to the canal out back. The screened patio was great in the evening for grilling and breakfast in the mornings. Location was GREAT, if you stay here do check out the Cortez Clam Factory at the entry to the neighborhood, easily walkable. A couple things I want to point out, the beds are really firm (like most) and pillows are not the best. Kitchen is LARGE and could be layed out better, we cooked almost daily while here. We found quite a few dead bugs on around the edges of the floors when we arrived which tells me that the cleaning crew wasn't there that day or they didn't do a thorough job. Not the worst thing but didn't expect to find so many of them. The listing doesn't mention this (or at least I didn't see it) but the pool is not heated, this was a huge bummer because it was a bit colder than normal so we couldn't use the pool because the water was VERY cold. One last thing, being on the canal is nice, but the current and wind was blowing garbage to our end so it wasn't great to look at and I definitely wouldn't fish there, even catch and release.

We spent 10 days at the Salty Sea Life. The house is in a great location, a short drive to Anna Maria Island, and a short walk to a local restaurant/tiki bar called the Clam Factory. Unfortunately, we had some issues in the house that were not able to be resolved during our stay. The light switch for the ceiling light/fan in one bedroom didn’t work. There were a lot of palmetto bugs/roaches. The bugs were predominantly in the bathrooms and occasionally in the bedrooms and living room. Thankfully, they were never in the kitchen, but we encountered multiple bugs of various sizes daily. We never entered a room without scanning the floor first and weren’t comfortable walking around barefoot. The rental agency was planning to have a pest control company treat the home after we left. It would have been a 5-star stay without the bugs. We loved the open layout of the house and the washer/dryer. The screened-in patio and the pool overlooking the canal were very enjoyable as well.

Cortez is awesome!
19 year vacationer to the area but first time staying on the mainland side of the bridge. House is perfectly situated to the island and beach without the hassle of parking and traffic. Plenty of options for waterfront dining nearby, groceries, shopping and entertainment. It was HOT the week we stayed and the AC had trouble maintaining but it was never uncomfortable in the house. Overall would highly recommend! We’d stay again had we not just recently purchased property of our own.

The house was well maintained. The rooms were large and updated. Outside there was an L shaped screened in area overlooking the pool and canal. There were bikes to ride, pool floats and beach chairs. The beach was 5 minutes away and the neighborhood was quiet and upscale. We were pleased with the house and the host and would return there.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, check-in was easy. The setting is beautiful and tranquil, the view from the pool down the canal is stunning. This home is very spacious and the remodeled kitchen is beautiful and very functional. Bathrooms are also updated. We would suggest the host provide more basics in the kitchen, like salt and pepper. Also cleaning supplies would be appreciated. We were there for a month and so we bought our own. Would be nice if these were provided. Only negatives were the beds were hard and if that bothers you think about it. Also, there were bikes that were available but only one was in working order. We were disappointed because we definitely would have used them if they worked.

location is great, view is beautiful, Briana's was very responsive, and her customer service was much appreciated! However, the house was very dirty, dead cockroaches, dirty walls, doors, couches, pillows, no lights were on, lights not pulled in, clocks not plugged in, door handles broken, doors not shutting, fridge falling apart, plate on floor in hallway loose and very loud when step on it, toilets running and most importantly, falsely advertised with a king bed and heated pool, in which we did not have either outdoor patio great, but cushions moldy.
