There are flat-screen TVs with cable boxes in all living areas, and wireless internet access throughout. There is even a fold out sofa if you have extra guest(s). Enjoy the large kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The appliances include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove and weber electric grill on the lanai. Fresh drinking water provided via a Culligan water treatment system. All utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, Keurig, Mr Coffee, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, air fryer, electric griddles, beach/pool towels, fresh linens, (2) hair dryer, first aid kit, and bar tools are also provided. Shampoo, conditioner, K-cups, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent also provided to get your trip started! One covered parking spot included, and ample additional parking for visitors. Elevator is only a few steps away from the front door. The unit has a 5'x8' storage room that you are welcome to use to stash your golf clubs, bicycles, our other outdoor equipment.

This property is professionally cleaned between every rental, is a non-smoking property and no pets allowed. More frequent housekeeping may be available upon request.
We have a local resident/co-host that lives in the community and will introduce you to the community and is a phone call or text away to help if needed.
