We've got great news to share! Despite Hurricane Milton directly hitting the Bradenton area, we’re happy to report that our condo building, this condo, and the community were all unharmed. We’re fully prepared and ready to host your stay!!

Recovery and cleaning efforts are in full effect throughout the city and beaches. Restaurants, business and shopping centers have started to open back up. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We look forward to hosting your stay.

Our wonderfully renovated and furnished lakefront condo is located on the 1st floor of a two-story building situated in Shorewalk, one of the most popular communities in Bradenton, Florida, known for its resort style amenities, which include (2 heated outdoor pools/jacuzzies, 2 lighted tennis courts, fully staffed clubhouse, billiard room, shuffle board and outdoor BBQ grills).

This 1250 sq. ft. condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Get a great night’s sleep on the king size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a dresser drawer, night stands, mounted flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and its own master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two cozy twin size beds, dresser drawer, night stand, mounted flat-screen TV, closet and a full bathroom with a tub shower located next to the bedroom. Do you love to cook? Perfect, the kitchen is fully furnished and has all new appliances to help you prepare that perfect meal. Do you want to be able to do your own laundry? No problem, there is a washer and dryer next to the guest bathroom. The condo also includes a separate dining area that comfortably sits up to 6 people. This a great place to enjoy your meal, play cards or just hang out with your friends and loved ones. The living room has a wraparound couch, this is the perfect place to take a nap after a long day at the beach or the pool. Want to watch your favorite show or movie, don't worry there is a mounted smart flat screen TV in the living room. Do you want to completely disconnect from everything? OK, then we have a perfect spot for you, the lanai. This a wonderful place to read your favorite book, enjoy your breakfast or sip on your favorite cup of coffee while listening to the gentle sounds of water coming from the lake fountain. Oh, and if you must catch up on your emails, don’t worry there is Free Wi-Fi in the condo, but don’t forget you are on vacation so don’t work too hard. Great communication with owner/manager. Could be a 4 star if beds/ bedding was upgraded. Plugs in the 2 bathrooms did not work. A roll of paper towels would have been nice. The unit did not have any hurricane damage but it smelled a little musty. Overall it was a good value for the area.

Two Day Get Away
We have close relatives that live in Bradenton. A day trip from NE Florida does not cut it. We like to take 2 days for a visit and staying here at the Condo was perfect. Way better than a hotel where you just have a bedroom. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our company without having to go out. It is nice to have a full size kitchen with all the dishes and utensils needed. No need to go out for coffee in the morning, just brew a pot in the kitchen and relax. We were close enough to many restaurants, stores and the beach. Did not use the pool or other amenities. Maybe next time. The host was in communication with us prior to arrival. Everything for checking in was provided to my email. No issues. Parked right in front of the entrance and used the pass code for the door lock. This was a very clean and comfortable condo at a fair price. We will definitely look this up for our next visit to Bradenton. Perfect winter getaway
This was our second year renting and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location is perfect for us to visit family in Venice and Lakewood Ranch. Close to other attractions as well. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. Nice to sit in the screened in lanai and watch the ducks in the pond. It was nice to have Ervin check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again

Modern Lakefront Condo
The title is a little misleading as the unit we had was a pond not a lake. The unit itself was just as it looked in the pictures, bedrooms are separated by both bathrooms. We only had two little issues, one is that the blinds leading into the Lanai need replaced as every time you open or close a couple of blinds would fall down. The other issue is not just this unit but everywhere we stay the cookware is horrible. The skillets need updated, not just at this site but every place we have stayed in the past! The only thing I could not find at this location was any kind of baking dish. No 9x13 dish, pie dish, or casserole dish. Not sure how to bake anything without one of those? Overall it was a very nice place to stay, the pool was nice and the people we met were very nice!

Beautiful Condo, Close to everything!
We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and needed a convenient space for our family of four. The location was perfect and the space was fabulous. All of the beds were very comfortable and the amenities were brand new or in great condition. Parking was super easy and there is even access to a handicap spot if needed. (This is a first floor unit.) The lovely screened porch was a great space to relax after a day playing lacrosse. We loved it so much that we rebooked it for next year. Can't wait to come back!

The property is in great shape, well appointed, very clean and in a great location. My only criticisms are small quibbles: the handle in the master shower needs attention and the front door needed to be held tightly closed to ensure the bolt would lock; we unknowingly spent a night with the door unlocked as a result.
