Welcome to Florida Bella Rosa!
This incredible corner unit condo is steps from 2 pools and 2 spas; it is sunny and elegantly furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the ground floor end side with a superb view facing the South side towards the lake in the desirable Shorewalk Villas vacation resort complex.

The condo features a master king bed with dresser, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, the second bedroom boasts 2 twin beds. It is comfortably turn-key furnished and we provide our guests with free TV Cable, and Wi-Fi Internet.

Bedroom #1- Master bedroom w/ King Bed, ensuite bathroom with walking shower.
The master bedroom displays a comfy, solid and elegant furniture equipped with a comfortable King size bedroom set. Also, it features a desk & office chair for remote work.
Bedroom #2- 2 twin beds with bathroom: The second bedroom displays 2 twin beds.
Full Kitchen w/ dining: The upgraded kitchen is provided with brand new appliances: refrigerator with top freezer and ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave also toaster, coffeemaker and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and plates need it to cook your own meals.
Living Room: You will be surprised as well by the tropical style of the setting of the living room.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened lanai with table and chairs overlooking a peaceful pond with water fountain. Fresh bedding, towels and soaps will be provided upon your arrival.
Free parking on premises in the front of the building. There is no parking allowed for commercial vehicles.

Pool Rules Ruined Stay
Potential renters beware! If you enjoy lounging in the pool as a part of your stay avoid this property. They don't allow any type of inflatable raft, tube, chair, etc. in the pool. And the 'pool patrol' did regular walk throughs to ask "How are WE doing today? Where are your passes? They must be on display." Also...if you use a walker or wheelchair this property IS NOT handicap accessible. The unit itself was fine. Nice kitchen appliances, adequate dishes, etc. Unit was clean and comfortable.

I loved that it is a corner unit, in a very quiet, centrally located area. When you first open the door, you are greeted with so much natural light, which gives you a welcoming feeling right from the start. The unit is spacious and very clean. The host Daniel replies immediately to any concerns. I will definitely book this place again when I am in the area.

Quiet time before daughter’s wedding.
Very clean comfortable place, great master bed. Didn’t try others. Master bath with walk in shower very nice. Location relative to AMI and Bradenton great. Location from pool, for me who’s handicap, too far. I got some exercise going to pool, not all bad. Location was quiet and enjoyed watching ducks, geese and other birds. Able to open doors for fresh morning air. Did not interact with property manager, was in contact with property owner who was very responsive. Could have used more information about property earlier but understand policy. Getting information two day’s before means I am looking at everything owner sent me on my phone. Unable to print anything to bring along. Got it figured out. Had a very nice stay.

Perfect for our trip for baseball
We stayed here while our high school boys played all week at IMG. It’s a perfect location to be close to the facility. Only negative was the listing states 4:00 check in. And after a long day of traveling it was disappointing to be told it wouldn’t be ready till closer to 6:00. Having a toddler in tow we tried to plan accordingly. Otherwise we would choose to stay here again if in the area.

Perfect Accommodations in Bradenton
This condo is lovely and very well maintained. We needed a place to stay that was close to our elderly relatives while we addressed their long-term medical needs. The location is conveniently located to grocery stores and other retail outlets. The first floor condo unit looks out on a lovely pond in a very quiet and safe community. We will definitely book it again .

This condo was just what we needed. My husband, 4-year old daughter and myself thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Clean, comfortable, easily accessible, safe area, and quiet. All things that are important to us. The only bad part is there is no availability for several months. We would love to come back next month, but no dates are open. Thanks for a great stay!

I am always suspicious of property pictures as they often make properties look better than reality but the pics for this property are true. The location is convenient to the beaches, shopping, and any type of food you want. The heated pool is a nice amenity in the cooler months and is well maintained. We enjoyed the water and fountains behind the condo and the complex is quiet. Dan was quickly responsive to questions we asked also. We would rent again.

A great condo.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen had everything one would need while vacationing. We also enjoyed the view of the pond/fountain that was backing the unit. Our kids loved the heated pools. Also, this property is close to Ana Maria Island as well which is filled with nice beaches and some unique restaurants/eateries like Beach House, Ugly Grouper, Tide Tables just to name a few for delicious local seafood. Thank you to the host Daniel who was very attentive throughout our stay!

Great summer vacation
This condo was a perfect spot for our family of three (could accommodate more) for a summer vacation site. We enjoyed how clean the place was and it was great to have a nice sized washer/dryer. Dan was an excellent host with good communication. Everything was great at the rental. The AC worked perfectly, The showers had good pressure and there was plenty of space. I met with 20 other family members that stayed in 4 other rentals on the same property and this one was among the nicest. I definitely had the best host out of the bunch.

Very Enjoyable
This is a two bedroom two bathroom villa and met all of our needs. A wonderful view of nature looking out the patio doors. It is very quiet. There is easy access to all the beaches. Publix and Aldis are around the corner. There is a washer/dryer. The kitchen is so nice we ate in most of the time. We thoroughly enjoyed this villa. Daniel the host was very easy to communicate with.

An excellent family spring break trip
Dan was an excellent host, allowing us to check in early. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in his Shorewalk Villa. It was well-maintained and contained everything our family needed to have a wonderful vacation. The kitchen appliances are quite new. Dan even had Two chairs, beach umbrellas and a few sand toys which really came in handy on the days we went to the beach. The whole Shorewalk Villa complex is very nice we really enjoyed swimming at the pool every afternoon and took advantage of the shuffleboard courts and the grills!
