Endless summer in beautiful house with heated pool

Beautiful house with private heated pool. Close to Anna Maria island and beaches. Located near many shops and restaurants. Kayaking, beach horseback riding, fishing, and golf courses are only minutes away. House is newly renovated and has all brand new appliances and furniture. House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room have smart TV's. There is also a grill for guests to use on the patio. House is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: 6 bikes, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs , beach tents and pool/ beach toys. There are four security cameras located on the outside of the property that cover the driveway, front door, and sides of the property. There is a $15 fee per day for heated pool in form of check , cash or zelle.

Perfect home near the beach

Bradenton Stay
We had a great stay for the week. The house was so nicely decorated and welcoming. It was so well stocked with all the things we needed to not have to eat out all the time. The pool was great. There were so many items for the beach, and enough bikes for a family bike ride! Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic family getaway
If you are looking for a place to get some relaxing in while on vacation this is your place to go! With such a generous host, you’ll have everything you need to be comfortable and happy. The house and pool are clean and cozy. The neighborhood was located conveniently around stores, restaurants and minutes away from the beach! We can’t wait to come back!

You need to stay here!
My daughter had a training at IMG for the weekend and we stayed here and it was perfect! We grilled and spent alot of time in the pool! It was clean and had everything you need! We will be back next May!

Everything about this property is lovely and comfortable. It is centrally located to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We throughly enjoyed our stay! We'll definitely consider booking it again for our next visit to Bradenton.

Sweet Family Home Close to the Beach!
The property exceeded our expectations. It is a family home and fit our needs (gm, mom and 3 teen girls) perfectly with extra room to spare. The best were the unexpected amenities (snacks, fully stocked kitchen, bikes and tons of beach towels and items) and the responsivity and kindness of the host. We were so pleased and hope to stay again next year.

House is exactly as pictured. We stayed here during my son’s soccer tournament and all my family loved the house. Property owner would respond quickly when messaging. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous house, fully stocked with everything you can need and more. The pool was a bonus. Location was perfect, near parks, restaurants and shopping. A repeat visit is hoped for in the future.

Super clean with all you need for a great beach stay. Just over 10 mins to the closest beach & located in a nice little neighborhood. Pool at the home was great! We enjoyed all of the provided amenities- plenty of towels, beach chairs, pool & beach stuff for the family! 5 stars :)

Lovely oasis close to the beach
We came to meet up with family staying on Anna Maria Island about 20 minutes away. They ended up spending most days at our vacation property because it was so spacious, had great amenities and the cutest little bunkbeds for the kids to nap. The pool was extra safe with a kid-proof locking door and safety net as well. The screened in structure kept bugs away so we could sit outside in the evenings. We barbecued, rode bikes and used all of the pool toys. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway!

Outstanding Vacation Pool House
This house is incredibly clean. It has everything you need in a house and more. Quiet neighborhood and near spectacular beaches and restaurants. We booked 4 days ended up staying one more night. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely wonderful place, great price point with amenities. Recently renovated property with heated pool which was amazing for my daughter and grandma. We loved the location since we were close to all the stores and beach was only 10 minutes away. Loved catching pool days and sunset at the beach. Beach Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything that we possibly needed was available to us. The house was very clean and welcoming. The furniture and beds were comfortable. I loved having a washer & dryer to keep up on our laundry. Everything felt like home! The pool was a huge hit as well! We felt safe in the quiet & pleasant neighborhood. The location was close to all of the places we wanted to visit. Aneta was an amazing host and responded promptly. I highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

Gymnastics meet weekend
We stayed in this cute house for my daughter’s gymnastics meet in Palmetto! Her teammate and mom stayed with us. The house was adorable! Unfortunately it was pretty chilly so we only used the heated pool once. Overall it was a great weekend!

Excellent choice for snowbirds
A great host and a wonderful lanai with pool made this an excellent choice for snowbirds like us seeking to escape the midwestern winter. The house was clean and well-maintained, located about 25 minutes by car from downtown Sarasota, wth its shops, theater, museums, etc. Although the houses on the block are spaced close together, the neighborhood is quiet, and you have complete privacy in the fenced-in back yard with iits delightful screened-in, heated pool. By the way, the extra charge to heat the pool is modest, and you can keep it as warm as you like, The host was responsive to texts within minutes and very accommodating--a handyman was on the scene in a jiffy to deal with any problem that arose. The house was comfortable (the king-size bed in the master bedroom extremely so). All in all, we had an enjoyable, trouble-free stay and are pleased to recommend this property highly.

My wife, her son, his wife and their two younguns stayed here over thanksgiving week. We loved the place and had a blast every day. The pool was fun! The kitchen had all the utensils that we needed to cook our thanksgiving meal. Beautiful area, close to stores, if you needed anything. Lots of restaurants around as well

My husband 2 younger kids and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully decorated Vrbo, and it exceeded all our expectations. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation fully. From beach gear and bikes to a stunning pool where we spent countless hours relaxing, it truly had it all. The rooms were fantastic, and the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in. We're determined to find out the brand of the master bed mattress because it provided the best sleep we've had in years. The hosts provided an abundance of towels and every house amenity imaginable. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook and dine in style. The location was ideal, just a short drive across the bridge to Anna Maria Island. We were also only three minutes away from the nearest rec center, where we enjoyed pickleball, football, the skatepark, indoor basketball courts, a huge playground, and more. The host was easy to reach and exceptionally accommodating. They were, without a doubt, the best hosts we've ever had, and we travel frequently. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We loved every moment of our stay!

Amazing home with everything you will need!
Aneta has thought of everything! The house was very comfortable, beds were comfy, and there were so many towels! We traveled with 5 kids and they loved the pool and all the fun toys in the bunk room closet. The beach toys were very fun too. The kitchen was stocked with bags, soap, and spices. Aneta was great with communication and getting in and out of the house was easy. We loved the location of this house- stores, restaurants, and coffee minutes away. We explored so many beaches and the location of this house made that possible. We watched sunset at a different beach each evening. This place will not disappoint!

Just what we needed
We came for a tournament at IMG. The house was conveniently located not only to IMG, but also the beach! The house had everything we needed, and Aneta was super attentive.
