This property is in a quiet location but close to main travel routes, so visiting sites of interest was easy. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfy.

Long weekend stay.
The home is exactly as described, lovely and clean. Great location for visiting Bradenton, close enough to the city but in a quiet area. It takes about 15 minutes to get to LeComm stadium, the Riverwalk,and the Historical Village. Would love to visit again.

Extended weekend stay
My sister and I stayed here while in town celebrating our Mom's 90th birthday. Linda was an excellent host and so friendly. We loved watching the wild peacocks on the property. The location is very private, beautiful, and so relaxing. We definitely plan to stay here again! Annette

Beautiful peacocks that will wake you in the morning, no rooster needed. Peacocks are fanning and dancing as I left the property. Very easy access to 75 and Sarasota and easy to get to many beaches. Had my adult kids over for a little cookout which was nice.

I enjoyed my stay, off the beaten track. The property was remote from all the commercial activities, yet still close enough to be in the heart of things within a few minutes. The cottage provided all the amenities of a home away from home, with an ample kitchen and laundry room.

This is a nice getaway in the country, we love going to the beach and doing things around town, but it was nice to come back to a nice quiet backyard. Linda is a good host.

This was our second stay here. The house is perfect for the two of us, tastefully decorated with lots of books, including a new one by John Gresham Sooleyman. Very clean, well furnished. Conveniently located to the beaches and the Tamps/St Pete area.

Wonderful Christmas stay
We greatly enjoyed our time at this house. The area is privately fenced and quiet, so even though it shares property with the owner, it felt private. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living room were well stocked and very homey, so we were very comfortable there and able to settle in easily. The owner put up some Christmas lights and a little tree, which made it feel more like home. We definitely want to come back another time! Thank you for a great stay!

Cozy and quiet!
This is a small, cozy cottage. Its decor is dated but quaint. It is quiet and was easy to find. We didn’t cook so can’t comment on the kitchen accommodations other than it does not have a dishwasher. The mattresses are quite firm so that could be a problem if you prefer a softer mattress. Linda was a very pleasant host.

Cozy place to relax
This place has the feel of going to Grandmas house: cute, cozy, with basically all the comforts of home without all your own stuff. It’s not a flashy place, but it was clean, we had our bit of privacy with a safe space for our 2 young girls to play freely, it was comfortably furnished, we didn’t have issues with bugs, and the host was quick to address any questions.

Nice, secluded property that is fairly close to everything ... very quiet setting ... house is well-equipped with all the essentials and several plusses (fenced yard, outdoor grill & patio, lots of shade, hundreds of movies, cable tv, super wifi, etc) ... Manatee Getaway
The house was very well set up, and clean. Everything worked well, it was quiet, and secluded. The automated air freshener got a little annoying. The beds were a little on the lower side of quality and probably could stand to be replaced with a better quality mattress. Even though the house is aged, it was well worth the price of the stay. A little off the beaten path (think farm), and the peacocks on the property were pretty and kept to themselves. A good stay.

Cute little cabin
Cutest little cabin! Like stepping* back in time, lots of ornaments and Knick knacks, books, movies and very spacious living areas. Huge yard with wild peacocks and little bunnies coming to visit. Easy to get to, a little far from the beaches but a pretty drive . Linda was very sweet and approachable and we had everything we needed. My grandson thought this place was awesome!! Sandy & Wayne
