This well decorated single family vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Bradenton. Just minutes to Florida's most famous white sandy beaches on Anna Maria Island and a short drive to the world famous Siesta Key beach. It is only 2 miles to the IMG Academy, 15 minutes to Sarasota airport. Close to shopping, entertainment, restraurants, nature preserves, golf courses, and Lecom Park (formerly McKechnie field) or Pittsburg Pirates' training camp.

The beautiful landscaped home offers all the amenities you need for a sun drenched vacation. The large private fenced backyard with plenty lounge chairs overlooking the pristine blue pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. The brand new heated pool features a large shallow and deep end that will give you hours and hours of fun. Then when the evening arrives the LED pool light will transform your pool area into a dazzling light show.

This home is well-appointed with brand new modern beach themed furnishings and many entertainment amenities such as Free WIFI, Premium cable, Free Netflix, and Free Pandora. The master bedroom has a King size bed, smart TV and private master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The most popular guest room( Queen sleeper) / TV room/ business center room has a large Smart TV.

The spacious modern kitchen is beautifully designed with upscale fixtures and appliances including all new stainless side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop/ convection oven and stainless microwave with granite counters. The open concept kitchen with a bar area offers more seating arrangements.

Other Perks we offer at this house are pool toys, beach towels, beach gears from umbrella to beach chairs. We also have hairdryer, Mr. Coffee 12 cup, keurig B60, blender, iron, washer, dryer and BBQ grill.

Short drive to Beach
We stayed here to visit Coquina Beach. It was a 15-20 minute ride to beach. The house was clean and exactly as described. Pool was clean and maintained. Towels, bedding were all clean and comfy. We enjoyed the updated decor and the prompt responses from the owner.

Awesome house!
Our family absolutely enjoyed every bit of this house! The pool was amazing and our children spent the majority of our stay in the pool, so it was well used and so worth it! The house was very clean and accommodated our family of 8 (2 adults, kids - 15, 12, 10, 10, 6 & 6). We would definitely pick this house for another vacation!! Maggie was so easy to communicate with on any need!!

Quiet oasis for couples or family.

The house was perfect, it had everything you could think of for your stay. The pool was so beautiful, we all really enjoyed it. The house was very clean and the owner was so nice and great communication. The house was very close to the beaches too. We would love to stay here again for our next vacation.

Great, cozy stay!
We rented this property as a temporary dwelling as we were moving my Mother out of her condo in the same area. Maggie was amazing with communication and very accommodating with a last minute add to our stay. Despite Idalia rolling by while we were there, we had a great, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pool and accommodations were great and neighborhood was good. Would stay again and definitely work with Maggie again. Thanks for everything!

Maggie is Amazing!!!! She was very accommodating. The house fit 3 adults and 3 kids and 1 toddler comfortably. House was very cute and clean. Kids loved the pool! We only stayed one night. Will definitely book again when we come back next time!

We enjoyed a wonderful family Thanksgiving vacation at Paradise Cove! The home is clean and lovely with comfortable spaces for relaxing and watching TV and plenty of seating for our family of five to enjoy meals together. The bedrooms were perfect with beds for everyone. Our host, Maggie, was kind to provide some toiletries as well as snacks and bottles of water to welcome us. The private pool and screened in porch give this property an A for both kid friendly fun and relaxing adult time. Read a book and enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai while your kids play in the pool. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near grocery stores and restaurants. The owner, Maggie, was amazing at coordinating our stay and communication. She gave us great advice about what to expect as this was post hurricane season and many areas were closed. It is only a short 15 minute drive to the beaches on Anna Maria Island. AMI beaches offer free public parking, restrooms, and picnic areas. The beaches have miles of beautiful sand, shells, and turquoise blue waters. We brought our picnic lunch everyday and always stayed until sunset which was magical! Coquina was our go to beach. There are many other things to do around the area. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament so our free time was limited. We ate at RJ Gators and the fried grouper was delicious. Continued prayers for all those who are struggling to restore their homes and businesses.

We enjoyed staying at the house in December of 2022. It is a good value. It is about a 20 minute drive to the beaches. The home was very clean and well-appointed. The communication with the manager/owner was superb. The pool is very nice. The kitchen is great.

We had a great stay at this rental home. The heated pool and larger backyard were nice and the house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. The location was easy to get to the beaches...only a 15 minute drive. Could use a TV in the 3rd bedroom and a few more updates to make the rental even better but this wouldn't stop me from renting this property in the future. The owner was easy to get a hold of and overall we were happy with this vacation rental.

Summer vacation
We stayed for only one night at this fabulous home. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and “ extras” provided by our host, Maggie. The pool was amazing and so relaxing- I think I fell asleep on the raft! We were so close to the beach at Anna Maria Island and felt that our 2 day trip from Orlando was so worth the drive. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories.

Awesome property with amazing pool!
This house is close to the beach (15 min drive) and close to local shopping, food. The house is SO NICE. Comfortable beds and furniture, nice tv's in every room w/netflix, Wifi. The backyard is amazing with an awesome pool and screened in patio. I could have honestly stayed at this house forever. Maggie the owner is so kind and helpful. We took our dog and he loved the house as well. You will feel like you are at home when you are at this house. I definitely recommend!

The Perfect Little House
We really enjoyed our stay in this perfect little home. It is updated, clean, in an ideal location, easy to find and just right for our short stay. The house has just about everything that you need. Maggie was a very gracious and welcoming host. She left easy to follow instructions, snacks and was easy to contact. I wish that we could have actually spent more time in the house because it was really charming. The next time I find myself in the area, I will be sure to reach out to Maggie again. Thank you again.

Recent stay in Bradenton
Maggie was extremely attentive and we enjoyed the pool thoroughly. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the beds were comfortable. The two twin beds in one of the bedrooms are on wheels and unfortunately rolled around at night while my kids were in them. We fixed that by putting towels underneath the wheels. I hate to say it but the living room couches were extremely uncomfortable to the point we couldn’t relax on them. Those need to be trashed along with the carpet underneath them. The shower curtains came off every time we got in the shower, new hooks need to be purchased for those. The wood deck outside near the pool needs to be repainted or stained as the wood and paint chipped off and stuck to our feet every time we walked on it. Even though the house says 15 minutes to all beaches it’s more like 45 minutes with traffic. We were there at spring break so this may have contributed to the traffic. The fire alarm or carbon monoxide detector went off every time we turned the oven on so that was frustrating. Lastly, we really needed a paper manual to give us instructions of everything in the house. We needed to text Maggie for everything like how to turn on the pool light and how to lock the door, etc. We probably will not stay at this property again but it did serve the purpose while we were there.

Slice of Paradise
The house was absolutely immaculate. And beautifully decorated made you feel right at home. And made you feel like you were a little bit in paradise everything was so beautiful. The swimming pool was marvelous. There was everything in the house that you absolutely needed. And I definitely could have forgotten some things at home and wouldn't had to go out and get anything It was right there. Maggie was wonderful a host. An extremely patient with this one right here 😊. Especially the first night. When I went to make sure the front door was locked. Not thinking about it being locked from the outside but not from the inside. So me being thick headed haha. I'm just like it has to lock! So I get a hold of Maggie and she's on the phone with me for 5 minutes. Now mind you I have to say I only have one ear that actually works. And bless her heart She kept trying to tell me no it locks all on its own You should hear a click. I knew the sound she was talking about. But then I finally had to tell her I'm so sorry. But I can't hear it. She's like no you should be able to. And then I realized it was such a soft sound. That with my hearing problem I couldn't hear it. But it was definitely locked. But she at no point ever made me feel like I was bothering her and she was so patient with this thick headed woman. And it made me even want to stay more. I could not have asked for a more beautiful house to get to spend my vacation in. I will definitely be back
