This well decorated single family vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Bradenton. Just minutes to Florida's most famous white sandy beaches on Anna Maria Island and a short drive to the world famous Siesta Key beach. It is only 2 miles to the IMG Academy, 15 minutes to Sarasota airport. Close to shopping, entertainment, restraurants, nature preserves, golf courses, and Lecom Park (formerly McKechnie field) or Pittsburg Pirates' training camp.

The beautiful landscaped home offers all the amenities you need for a sun drenched vacation. The large private fenced backyard with plenty lounge chairs overlooking the pristine blue pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. The brand new heated pool features a large shallow and deep end that will give you hours and hours of fun. Then when the evening arrives the LED pool light will transform your pool area into a dazzling light show.

This home is well-appointed with brand new modern beach themed furnishings and many entertainment amenities such as Free WIFI, Premium cable, Free Netflix, and Free Pandora. The master bedroom has a King size bed, smart TV and private master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The most popular guest room( Queen sleeper) / TV room/ business center room has a large Smart TV.

The spacious modern kitchen is beautifully designed with upscale fixtures and appliances including all new stainless side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop/ convection oven and stainless microwave with granite counters. The open concept kitchen with a bar area offers more seating arrangements.

Other Perks we offer at this house are pool toys, beach towels, beach gears from umbrella to beach chairs. We also have hairdryer, Mr. Coffee 12 cup, keurig B60, blender, iron, washer, dryer and BBQ grill.

We enjoyed a wonderful family Thanksgiving vacation at Paradise Cove! The home is clean and lovely with comfortable spaces for relaxing and watching TV and plenty of seating for our family of five to enjoy meals together. The bedrooms were perfect with beds for everyone. Our host, Maggie, was kind to provide some toiletries as well as snacks and bottles of water to welcome us. The private pool and screened in porch give this property an A for both kid friendly fun and relaxing adult time. Read a book and enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai while your kids play in the pool. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near grocery stores and restaurants. The owner, Maggie, was amazing at coordinating our stay and communication. She gave us great advice about what to expect as this was post hurricane season and many areas were closed. It is only a short 15 minute drive to the beaches on Anna Maria Island. AMI beaches offer free public parking, restrooms, and picnic areas. The beaches have miles of beautiful sand, shells, and turquoise blue waters. We brought our picnic lunch everyday and always stayed until sunset which was magical! Coquina was our go to beach. There are many other things to do around the area. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament so our free time was limited. We ate at RJ Gators and the fried grouper was delicious. Continued prayers for all those who are struggling to restore their homes and businesses.

The property was very clean and neat. Beds comfortable. Nice kitchen. Maggie, our host was fantastic! The back yard was not dog friendly. The yard was mostly shell which was hard on her paws.

We stayed here to visit Coquina Beach. It was a 15-20 minute ride to beach. The house was clean and exactly as described. Pool was clean and maintained. Towels, bedding were all clean and comfy. We enjoyed the updated decor and the prompt responses from the owner.

Awesome house!
Our family absolutely enjoyed every bit of this house! The pool was amazing and our children spent the majority of our stay in the pool, so it was well used and so worth it! The house was very clean and accommodated our family of 8 (2 adults, kids - 15, 12, 10, 10, 6 & 6). We would definitely pick this house for another vacation!! Quiet oasis for couples or family.

Great, cozy stay!
We rented this property as a temporary dwelling as we were moving my Mother out of her condo in the same area. Maggie was amazing with communication and very accommodating with a last minute add to our stay. Despite Idalia rolling by while we were there, we had a great, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pool and accommodations were great and neighborhood was good. Would stay again and definitely work with Maggie again. Thanks for everything!

Summer vacation
We stayed for only one night at this fabulous home. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and “ extras” provided by our host, Maggie. The pool was amazing and so relaxing- I think I fell asleep on the raft! We were so close to the beach at Anna Maria Island and felt that our 2 day trip from Orlando was so worth the drive. The house was absolutely immaculate. And beautifully decorated made you feel right at home. And made you feel like you were a little bit in paradise everything was so beautiful. The swimming pool was marvelous. There was everything in the house that you absolutely needed. And I definitely could have forgotten some things at home and wouldn't had to go out and get anything It was right there. Maggie was wonderful a host. An extremely patient with this one right here 😊. Especially the first night. When I went to make sure the front door was locked. Not thinking about it being locked from the outside but not from the inside. So me being thick headed haha. I'm just like it has to lock! So I get a hold of Maggie and she's on the phone with me for 5 minutes. Now mind you I have to say I only have one ear that actually works. And bless her heart She kept trying to tell me no it locks all on its own You should hear a click. I knew the sound she was talking about. But then I finally had to tell her I'm so sorry. But I can't hear it. She's like no you should be able to. And then I realized it was such a soft sound. That with my hearing problem I couldn't hear it. But it was definitely locked. But she at no point ever made me feel like I was bothering her and she was so patient with this thick headed woman. And it made me even want to stay more. I could not have asked for a more beautiful house to get to spend my vacation in. I will definitely be back

Maggie is Amazing!!!! She was very accommodating. The house fit 3 adults and 3 kids and 1 toddler comfortably. House was very cute and clean. Kids loved the pool! We only stayed one night. Will definitely book again when we come back next time!

We enjoyed staying at the house in December of 2022. It is a good value. It is about a 20 minute drive to the beaches. The home was very clean and well-appointed. The communication with the manager/owner was superb. The pool is very nice. The kitchen is great.
